I can't recommend this place enough. We use them for EVERYTHING from towing to fixing my door dings. They do a FABULOUS job at a vey competitive price and the office staff goes out of the way to work with your schedule and get you back on the road

So they offered to help and said it would be 50 dollars I said sure I don’t have cash and he said it’s okay we’ll do 50 on card. They told us that it was one price 50 and up charged us 75 after the work was done because we are using a credit card we went to the nearby store and I couldn’t take out cash after 2 stores they said “let me see your card we’ll do 50” so the whole time we could’ve paid the 50 in card I think they were trying to up charge us because I have a BMW vehicle.

Sorry that I have to write another review, but my truck is back there and like always a hometown feeling with a A+ job. You have to see the boxers… beautiful dogs

They had a family members car which I was using for work was in there lot friday night till monday morning got the car back and my money that was above the radio in a compartment was missing.

Thanks Big K for always being the towing company I use! You guys helped me with both my eclipse project cars moving them around from house to house and today my civic breaking down on the worst possible turn ever. Troy has done at least 2 of my tows and has been awesome both times. And all 3 times I have used the service the price was reasonable!

I've never personally used Big K. I witnessed from first hand where there the company is at heart. A mother with a child locked in the car. 15 minutes later.... they were there to help out. Luckily the weather was cool, so no windows needed to be broken.. The fact that they came so soon.... I'm giving Big K more than a bow. Thank you for being there. If I ever need anything done... Big K., You're number one in my book.

Had my vehicle for 8 days. No complaints with their work or customer service.. Keep in mind they are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

I used Big K for towing after accident. All was good until next day I went to get my personal stuff from the vehicle and my soft ball gun was missing! I was told that all my stuff will still be in my car safe. Unfortunately it wasn't. For the person that took the gun, you forgot to get the bullets for it! They were still in my car. My car was unlocked and with the key in when i got there..how safe was my personal stuff there..

Took a very long time to fix the car but it was very well done even tho expensive.

Everything from beginning to end was flawless with Big K's Body Shop. I was involved in an accident that was the other drivers fault, the insurance company the at fault driver had is who was handling my claim and they were TERRIBLE (trexis). Michele at Big K's made sure I didn't have to absorb any of the issues and drama the adjuster was causing. Doug out my car back together good as new.
