I will "always" go to NAPA when I am able to. Everyone In there knows what their talking about, and the parts are of better quality.

The salesman was friendly but not very helpful. After me being in the store for 5 minutes (the only person in the store) I finally went to the counter and asked for help. Yes, I was looking around, but I would think that a clerk would ask you if you need help with something. Maybe it’s just me, I don’t know.This place is good for specialty items, but ordinary things are way over priced

I want to thank and commend the awesome guys at the Inwood NAPA Auto parts store. They went above and beyond to help me. I was dead in the water on I81 with an ate up tire and no wrenches on hand. They Delivered a tool that was needed and the gentleman even brought a pipe, and assisted me changing my tire.

Great place, knowledgeable employees, some parts I needed were not there but they said they could get them from another store for me. After I ran some errands and came back about 1 hour later. I was good to go.

The guys were extremely helpful in getting what I needed. They also helped me save some money at the same time. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Knowledgeable, friendly, didn't have what I needed ,but had something else I needed more and had forgotten about so , I call that excellent!

Never been disappointed here, been coming since before it became a Napa. All the guys are great.
