DONT DESERVE BUSINESS Worst place I’m from east texas I called with a mechanic gave the right car info and gave all of it but for some crazy reason they keep trying to sale wrong part or don’t care what customer get then had this frank be asshole in person and on phone I had chat with other sale representative a not 1 got patience they made lose my time money and stuck with to axle on top they don’t deliver even when at fault they don’t do anything to get your right one I had a rental car spend more money then I should. Not once ask for vin unprofessional of them while they get paid to do a job

The fact that I came up there and waited 2 hours for them to find me a fuel pump for my 04 Cadillac Escalade and was given the wrong part. Went the next day and they still giving me the run around and taking forever in a day to find someone to get me the right part. Honestly I won’t be going here again if they can’t work with everyone the same way. Black people get treated like we are back in slavery again, waiting to get picked.

Sold me not one but 2 bad motors. Total waste of time. And then made me come back another day to get a check when I paid cash. And to top it off their bank charges a fee to cash a check. 😡 The engines they gave me one was knocking and the other one had block sealer to conceal a bad head gasket. Obviously these did not come from wrecked cars that were running. In the first engine I told them it was knocking and I had uncovered to see what was wrong. They asked me to tow the car in to see what was the issue. And then said there was nothing they could do. To remove it and bring it in. And for some unknown reason both engines had the vin numbers removed. Just a bad place to buy an engine. The only reason I went there was to save $100 from another place down the road. Very expensive $100!

This place is a RIPOFF! Let’s begin where they advertise on Facebook marketplace saying they have all of these parts and they’re in good condition. They lied- Next we will go to getting address- you can’t. The person that makes the ads doesn’t know what they’re doing. I call them and ask a price and they say $60- -cool… I’ll be there in a few. I get to the place and they are telling me that I’d have to remove the part myself..(I could’ve done this had I been informed) Then I had to find my way through this junk yard with a bunch of old parts and mud all over the ground, to finally find the car and wait for the “tech” to pull the part off the car. He makes a call and asks me how much I’m paying for the part (which was none of his business) I get to the front and ready to pay and they raise the price to $100. They’re doing bad business. Plain and simple. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone at all!! They’re scamming people out of their hard earned money

This place is worthless , all the counter guys like they didn’t want my business. Kept sending me back out on a wild good chase . Looking for different individuals and the guys working the yard are just as bad.

I would not buy anything from this place I drove 60 miles to buy 2 engines the 7.3 powerstroke was locked up and the could not find the 4.0 then they sent me down the road for another 7.3 and they told me one price and when I got there they wanted $1700 I would not buy a bicycle wheel from Bill Dee's

These people do not know how to run a business and do not have any respect for nobody. They will waste your time and tell they have the parts for you and when you get there and try to sell you Something else do not waste your time with these people. There are other places like big cats K and K and other places. You should be able to go to. Do not waste your time or money with people like this

Bought an engine for a car that kept overheating. Also got a radiator and it was in decent condition. Paid a really good price and they have great customer service! They delivered it to my house at the exact time i requested. Got the engine installed and it works great so far

EDIT: About a year later, the motor I bought from them is still going strong! Excellent prices and labor, cheaper than everywhere else I called around town. This is my second time using this place, and this time I had them install the engine. They had it ready when they said it would be, and they warranty the parts and labor for 30 days. Very satisfied with the work.

I called before hand to see if they had my part. He said they had it, but by the time I got there (within same hour) he said they sold that part a few days prior and whoever I talked to didn’t know what they was talking about. A WASTE OF TIME!!!

Got some exhaust for my ford truck and when I got there they had told me 75 over the phone which was pricy but when I got there they had welded up everything I needed together so it was just bolt it on! Cool now they wanted 100 bucks.....I think its worth it! Customer care is awesome ! And pricing is great! Thanks yall

I had called them the day prior and day of to make sure they had the part and color I needed they said yes. I traveled long distance to get there only to be told they didn’t have it. They called another place down the road whom I also talked to said they had the correct part and color so I drove there only to find out again they also didn’t have it. I was very disappointed but I will say they were friendly and had some of the best prices around.

I found this place online. Checked for parts to fit my car and the salesman said they had my year and engine type there with parts I could use. The next day when I went to purchase my part not only did they not have the right part but had me walk about 10 mins thru a nasty, muddy, and unorganized yard where I went ankle deep in stinky puddle of mud and water to help the employee pull the part from the car that wasn't even the correct model I had specified. Yeah I was a lil upset. I think maybe the EPA should take a good look at this place seriously

They usually have what I need. The customer service is decent but the the prices are not set, it's just based on who you talked to. They dont always have the parts removed from the vehicles, so you may have to wait.

I went there to get a cts grill I seen someone advertised on Facebook call em that Saturday they told 100 at the time I thought it was a e&g grill so I thought it was a damn good deal got there Monday found the car seen it was plastic still nice grill but wouldn’t pay a100 for no more then 40 got to the counter he told me 225 no sir u can keep it

I got my car back in March before Rssurection Sunday. The owner Gabriel was very sweet and persuasive about what he could do for us. Signed sealed delivered off the lot. There's minor work to be done but he stated he would fix that he did. Then my car stops out of nowhere, the fuel pump needed to be replaced. They touched the fuel pump and everything on the car from there went south. It's all Spanish except two ppl who are bilingual. So me being new here looking for a car with two children kind of rough. Now the car is no longer drivable. Thank God I was able to use it while I could, I don't recommend anyone to go there with reading up on this place first. By it being a salvage vehicle place parts are mixed around to make it work for a short time the rest is on you. Looking forward to my brand new car soon.
