I came from Mississippi to buy a part for my Toyota truck in the process 2 of his workers damage my 2023 Gmc Denali pick with his fork lift this happen last Monday before Christmas he have yet to fix my truck I turned in to him 2 estimate for my truck no response I'm piss the hell of this company is unprofessional in handling heavy duty equipment I paid for your part you should pay to fix my truck Period. Brian All I want is my money for my truck if it takes calling the better business bureau to file a complaint if you pay the worker you can pay for my truck I'm not going to just sit down on this I will be back in New Orleans on Monday to File a suite against the junk yard

I purchase engine from these people on Nov 17. It is now December 4 which is 17 days later. I have been waiting for them to deliver the engine for over two weeks. I no longer need the engine as I have purchased another one and it is being installed. I couldn’t keep waiting. I went to the lot yesterday requesting my money. They gave me the run around and told me the owner was not there. I am going to get my full $1400 in cash the same way I paid it one way or another. Hopefully we can resolve th own amicably without me having to 1) take them to small claims court 2) expose them to my 200k social media followers 3) reporting them to the state attorney general to expose a lot of sideways business stuff they seem to be doing like having the address listed with the Secretary of State being an overgrown condemned house on old Gentily road and company names being all mingled to possibly prevent from knowing who owns what it how to get their money. All I want is my money. Contact me asap So this can be resolved amicably. All I want is my money and I could care less what is going on over there.

I went to this place for a transmission and after paying $700 I expected just that. The shop has since “pulled” two bad transmissions for my vehicle and because of that, I requested a refund, which since I’ve never actually received any products shouldn’t be an issue. Bill Lacey, the “phone guy” was VERY rude when I inquired a refund processing time. He’s told me two days in a row that I’d be able to pick up the money to no avail. He also offered a cash app payment that hasn’t been reviewed. Please go somewhere that doesn’t play money games
