    Wish there was 0 stars. Progressive contracted them to pick up my vehicle over 32 hours ago. Still don't have my vehicle towed. Good thing I wasn't in a real bind these people would have left me for dead. INCOMPETENT!!!

    It is the worst place to go to look for a part of your car, I recommend that you do not waste time apart that they sell the spare parts too expensive

    I called explaining that I'm selling a wrecked car. The guy on the phone just said "no mam" with no explination. Do they not actually buy wrecked cars? Do they just not want a 2007 Yaris? no idea. Just "no".
