This location is great with customer service and the services they provide! The workers were very polite and knowledgeable! I wasn't sure what size rim I needed and was able to text them a picture. They immediately told me what I needed as well as gave me a quote through text messages! Their price was reasonable and I was able to get my rim on the next business day! Thank you so much! We have used the store in Danville with great help and parts. This time our part was through the Urbana Bill Smith store. Steve found several doors for us and then narrowed it down to the perfect one. When I went to pick it up, Steve and Zack very helpful loading . Highly recommend both locations, they are awesome.
