I bought a door assembly for Camaro from this seller. The seller sent me the door with defects, without some fuzzy details. I had to buy a separate interior panel and door hinges. I sent the seller pictures of what he sent me and he does not react to it in any way. Be careful when you buy from him. I had to spend an additional $ 150, because he sent me with defects and the lack of parts that were in the description.Supplement,on September 16, the seller refunded the money for the defective product. For this I am grateful to him.

Typical junkyard "goodfellas". Feel lucky if you reach them on the phone without repeated disconnections and under 60 minutes. If your endless patience pays off don't be incurably naive to hope for a friendly, knowledgeable salesperson. Ask for a manager, your phone number will be permanently black listed. I heard you'll have better luck if you showed up in person, but they are closed on weekends. Good luck!!!!

Terrible place, STAY AWAY !!! I spend quite a bit money on the engine which after install turned out it was bad ( I got warranty for part and labor-joke) they send me second one-also bad, then I ended up getting 3rd engine with much higher mileage but ART (seles guy) promised me over the phone 3 times that he will make refund for labor not $500 but $1500 since the engine had 45000 miles more then original, and ask me to just send him recipe from a shop for labor, and he will process that in 2 days -THAT WAS ON JAN 4thITS MARCH NOW AND STILL NO MONEYOf course that was a lie, as of now he don’t remember nothing2 months later I’m still in hole with no moneySTAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE !!!!!!

Watch out for this Omar Khalid Ext 217 guy, works here and is totally incompetent, will mess up your order multiple time and can never get anything right. Bad parts! Stay away!

I have got to say, the honesty and transparency are definite highlight traits here. Yes, I had issues with an order I had placed but their sales team was quick to take ownership and responsibility of the situation to get it resolved and leave me a happy customer ASAP. I'm really at a loss for words, but yes, delays and problems happen, but how they took care of it was exceptional.
