Unfortunately, I was introduced to these individuals through a car accident, but they responded with compassion, kindness, and care. My daughter was involved in a roll over, and they were the ones who retrieved the vehicle. When I returned the next day to recover my belongings, they were understanding and compassionate about the loss of my vehicle. The first thing they asked was whether my children were okay, showing genuine concern for my family's well-being—more than for the vehicle itself. As I stood by my car, overwhelmed with emotion, I appreciated their empathy. My children had been in that vehicle, and I am grateful they are still with us. They kindly advised me to take my time and offered their assistance with retrieving items from the vehicle. They explained how everything worked and told me to reach out if I needed further help; they were willing to assist in any way they could. I was deeply touched by these strangers’ genuine concern for my situation. They also recommended purchasing another Subaru, noting that this vehicle had held up well during the accident and had kept my children protected. Unfortunately, the car was declared a total loss. If I am ever involved in an accident again, I hope it occurs within their service area.
