We were searching for a reasonable used car for our son. We were driving by this location and decided to stop by and ask about the cars we always see parked out front. Glad we did. They had a car for our son. We purchased a Honda civic with lower miles. Car is being taken for a detail and we'll have it soon enough. The folks inside were pleasant to work with. We all hope the civic will be great for him for a few years while he finishes college. Highly unprofessional staff. A friend helped me out finding a place to junk my car and apparently my vehicle was missing an important part that they needed for the price. Instead of being professional and explaining it to me I got ambushed by two men who were furious at the fact I was unaware the vehicle was missing that part. My I friend who was helping me tried to explain that it was a miscommunication and he asked the men to calm down and gave the check back. He also explained he understands the situation but doesn’t appreciate the manner that the men handled themselves in and instead of an apology the man again threw his hands up , shook his head and continued on with an attitude. I do not recommend this poorly run business to anyone. No one was trying to screw anyone and to be treated as though I was was very uncomfortable. I hope those two “men” get the same treatment from others one day. Learn some manners jerks !

Had an excellent experience buying a car from these guys. Luis and Linda were great to work with and ensured that the car was fully ready before I drive it off. I felt very comfortable buying a car from here. All paper was taken care of free of charge and they threw in some extras to sweeten the deal! I highly recommend them!

If they don’t have a part, or can’t get it through their network. They’ll give you recommendations on where to go. Better than average prices on headlight and side marker lights housings.

Avoid at all costs! I spoke with one of the employees after finding a headlight in there inventory. I called to confirm and was promised photos by the next day, they neglected to do so after nearly two weeks. They finally text me and tell me that they do not have the light in stock. Don't waste you time with this level of incompetence.

Really wonderful people. I have purchased 2 low priced cars from them and they treated me with respect and honesty. If there is a problem they make it right. Cheers to Linda and Chris for always taking my call.

Well today I decided after 2 weeks I was going to make a quick stop over at the yard and see about getting a used part. I was wrong. Walked in and the gentleman sitting at the desk asked me..."What can I do for you?" My reply was I am hoping you still have the F650 truck bc I was looking for a knob from the seat if the seat was junk. He replied, "Well I am not going to sell just a knob bc it's not worth our time." I asked with a look on my face like really, wow! I then said a few things back in anger as he made me feel like I was a waste of his time...Kinda like piss off I don't have time to deal with a small sale. I guess the worse part is I have been going there for 15 plus years and I have never had an issue buying small items or large items. I guess my advice next time is if there is an item too small put up a minimum sale sign and let the customer decided if it's worth it. I mean most of the time we folks go in the yard we always find something else to buy. Sorry if I was rude to your employee but he just rubbed me the wrong way with his snide comment and body language.
