Rocco was extremely professional and gave me a fair price on a hard to find component.

Had a little problem with them but they fixed it right up. Definitely a great place to get parts, they always have it and if they don’t, they will find it. Hard working guys you can see for yourself.

Some top notch guys here, I came in looking for a specific computer for my car, and within a day they had it for me to pick up. Excellent pricing, just finished programming and testing the new computer and it works great. Absolutely no complaints, was an easy in and out process. Plus, everything was quicker, and cheaper than doing it online.

They are the best. I’ve been going to them for the past 4 years. I recently bought a throttle body & a battery from them. They are very professional Rocky helped me a lot & I will be getting more parts from them in the future. I HIGHLY recommend coming here.

They only except cash payment and tou must wait days for your order.

I called on the phone to see if they have an air compressor for me, they said they had it. I drove an hour to get it, they spent more than an hour looking for it, they didn’t have it. I’m sick of this unprofessionalism, the 3rd place to do this to me.

My son ordered a center console for his car, he made a deposit, they made him wait one week, and when he went to pick it up, they gave him a incomplete piece. I went to return it for him and they told me no returns. Unrecommended. They dont even deserve the one star im forced to give them.

I ordered rims for my kids car she damaged the old ones. When i went to pick them up on Friday, one had a dent. I would have taken it but it’s in the same shape as my old rim. I asked if I could just take one, I was told I have to get a replacement and it would have to wait till Monday. I need the car moved before the weekend so I took the rim. I feel this is poor service.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Called for a a part was given a quote and then called back a few days later to make sure they still had it and was given a different quote in the same part. Then was told that I must come to them to give a cash deposit in order for the part to be pulled from the vehicle and would have to wait days for it to be available for pick up. Then midsentence was put on hold. And when they came back onto the phone they claim that the vehicle was sold five minutes ago, when he clearly said they still had it in the system at the beginning of the phone call. I do not recommend this place to anybody. Wouldn’t even bother to call them. Horrible service.

I came there to drop off a tire for a car that I don’t have anymore. I was told that it will cost $3 to dispose of it. Seemed fair since you are providing a service. I pulled out the $3 prepared to pay for it and I asked for a receipt. I was rudely laughed at and told to take the tire and I else where and that they were not going to give me a receipt for it. Idk what transaction people do where they are not allowed to get a receipt but since I am paying cash I want a receipt. I’ll be letting people know not to come here for their rudeness and unwillingness to provide a receipt for even the smallest of transactions. I’m pretty sure they provide receipts for larger transactions but the simple fact that I was given such a rude demeanor for asking for a receipt tells me about the place itself.
