They’re very nice. I don’t understand the bad reviews. I like that guy Rocky and the rest of the people over there. Knowledgeable will only show you decent parts at a very good price. What’s the issue? I prefer them over anybody else in my area. Maybe they’re a little smaller but sometimes that’s good. I bought a trunk lid for a 1998 Toyota Camry everybody else wanted 250 to 300. They sold me a gem mint trunk lid with all the attachments for $150 And I waited less than 20 minutes and they put it in my car for me so you people bashing this place because why they’re busy and they just can’t snap and do what you want immediately totally ridiculous That people think they should just drop what they’re doing and immediately take care of you and I have absolutely no affiliation with this place other than I buy parts from time to time and to me they’re the cheapest in this area and they won’t sell you junk even though it’s a junkyard, no pun intended

The worst junk yard to go to. Simple story: my fiancee car is at the mechanic and need a parts to fix it, so he call multiple to ask if they have the car parts he needed, they said yes they have it. He paid a guy to carry him there drove 2 1/2 hours go . Only to get there for them to tell him that they don’t have that car parts he needed. After they told us on the phone multiple times they had it . Waste his time to go there for nothing. Then they have a worker there very rude they have the worst customer service…. So I advise everyone to not go to this place if you value your time.

The representative was rude, unprofessional, and attempted to pressure me into paying before he even removed the part from the car. When I asked what happens if the part doesn’t work, he shrugged it off and said he’d “just order a new one.” That’s deceitful—demanding money upfront while leaving the customer exposed with no accountability. - Unapproved contact:** He texted my phone without my permission. I did not authorize any texts. That is harassment, and it violates basic boundaries. - Pricing manipulation:** He tried to get over on me with pricing and with how they wanted me to pay. I called it out—he got mad and escalated. - Harassing behavior:** After I challenged his tactics, he kept texting my phone. Harassing customers is not “customer service.” - False insinuations:** He tried to spin the situation by insinuating I called him a racist. I did not. Twisting my words to deflect from misconduct is dishonest. - Unethical business practice:** Demanding money before confirming the part works, refusing clear policies, and contacting me without consent—this is not how a legitimate business operates. Do better as a businessman. Whether you’re the owner or an employee, this behavior is disgraceful. Stop harassing customers, stop texting without permission, and stop playing games with pricing and payment. Shame on you for thinking customers are easy targets—I’m not. He's going to try to reply with information that's not true but I have a recorded conversation.
