John's crew does a great job of getting you vehicle fixed and back to you.

My vehicle was involved in a hit and run. The crew here took amazing care of my CR-V. The vehicle was done in less time than I originally anticipated, and they even cleaned out the interior of it as well. Super friendly and always informed me of any other issues that they encountered during the repair.

This is the second time I had to use Jackson’s for repairs unfortunately, but fortunately they do a terrific job of repairing damage to vehicles! Always friendly and Doug makes sure to communicate any additional issues that come up and when he tells you the day your vehicle is ready, it is always done by that date. They also washed my truck and cleaned out the interior which was a wonderful surprise! I have had to use other auto body places in the valley and the repairs were subpar and my vehicle was a total mess afterwards ~ I will only use Jackson’s because of the professional service and perfect repairs (even got my windshield wipers going again with a discount for the extra work!)....thanks to them my truck looks brand new!

I hadn't needed auto body repair for ages and was lost wondering what to do next when someone hit my front fender. I called Doug and he took over. Helped with the rental car, etc. AND the best part, when I picked up my car it was all cleaned and they'd found my lost earring! Thanks guys!
