We called them in the middle of the night. They were really helpful and they pointed out that if we had full coverage on our insurance, our insurance company should pay for the tow (someone from our insurance company mistakenly thought we should be paying for it because we didn't have roadside assistance, even though towing from an accident is covered under collision.) They also followed up with us to make sure we got a tow, even though we ended up going with a company a bit closer to our house. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

The owner was friendly and understanding of my situation. My son had got my car impounded. I had to drive 3 1/2 hrs to get it out of impound at Bernards. They were kind and even though I was 42 minutes into the next day, I was not charged. How many Tow companies are so kind :)
