Please DON"T do business with this place. Customer service is useless. I tried emailing them 4 maybe 5 times also called there number leaving messages with no return phone call. I ordered 7/16" inch wide chrome molding for groove in side of car they apparently didn't have any so they sent me 1/2" inch wide instead. I would have used the 1/2" inch they sent if it would have fit in the groove where the chrome molding goes, but it just won't fit. I really don't understand why there customer service is so bad, but it is. Don't waste your time or money. Trust me on this one.

I was trying to match up one missing lug nut for a set of rims I purchased. I went to all the local places and most folks never saw the type I had. I happened upon this website and they had by far the best description and diagrams that enabled me to find a match. Bought extras and fit like a charm.

Called every tire shop within 100 miles and couldn't find anywhere that could remove my lugs. Had to order these and it fit like a dream! 100% satisfied.

I can only assume the good reviews here are fake. Placed an order 2 weeks ago, has not shipped, has no tracking info, multiple emails and voicemails have gone unanswered. I'll be cancelling my payment and ordering elsewhere.

I ordered the sample pack to determine the best color for my truck. I'm happy to say my order came fast and accurate! Now just have to decide what colorI want to use!

Absolutely horrible service!!After waiting 24 days from when my in stock ordered items were confirmed I heard nothing so I inquired by phone...no answer or return callI then sent an email and got a generic message back saying that the items were backordered for 90 days .As of today they are still listed as stock items.They've got my credit card and I've got nothing . Don't waste your time or money on these scammers like I did !!!!!I've tried 3 more times via email and they won't respond.

My order was shipped out quickly. I just ordered a variety of Guerrilla Auto chrome valve stems from this website. They have good prices.

Did not get what I paid for. Only 1 of the 3 lug bolts that I ordered was actually a Gorilla branded product; the other 2 were just generic lug bolts. See pic. Gorilla puts their name on their items (the one on the left in pic).

I received my order promptly, and everything was carefully packed to prevent damage to the finish n transit. The website is comprehensive, so much so that I ordered the wrong thread pitch by mistake and I am returning the product. I ordered a replacement separately from Brandsport so I will not be able to comment on the replacement aspect of their policy, but so far the return portion is going smoothly
