    This place is trash!!! Worse customer service anyone can get. Don’t care about satisfying the customer and disappoints very often even when reading bad reviews and giving them a shot. It was about an hour and a half before closing and each time I call, I get put on hold and leave me there for more than 20 mins. I wanted to purchase rotors and had a simple question since I was about 25 mins away and was simply trying to get an answer to my question. They rudely pick up the phone and just puts you on hold. Never received a call back and don’t expect to do any business with them in the future and hope any future customers turn around at the front door and have a change of heart. Please read and see how bad there customer service / services are in general. I made a decision that cost me time and not money thank god. These people need to be shut down and have a better management take over. Worse place anybody can go for any services. Please don’t turn the cheek and hope you get a different result. We are all living proof of bad customer service and it’s all in writing. They will reply trying to sound like they really care about customers when they don’t and really want your money. They give out life time warranty because they know they aren’t 100% with there work/products. Read that they had serviced a persons car around August and didn’t get it back til December with the car still not running good. Simply contacting a client can resolve a lot but they fail to do so. Customer service is about keeping customers up to date with progress on whatever’s being done is a huge part of customers feeling comfortable and safe having there vehicles being worked on. Don’t give a date of to finish if you know your backed up. People need there cars and isn’t fair when being lied to. Smh hope this place closes and hope nobody goes there looking for services!!

    The ability to locate model and year for a given vehicle was very helpful to me. I did find the part I needed at a reasonable price.

    I purchased an A/C compressor for my 1998 minivan from Brandywine. The compressor was installed by an auto repair shop that was located near my home. The salesman at Brandywine Junkyard told me that the compressor was just pulled from a minivan and was working (He ensured me of that). The A/C compressor that I received from Brandywine was in worst condition than the old compressor that was in my minivan. The compressor in my vehicle had a broken clutch but no leak. The compressor from Brandywine had a broken clutch and it leaked. So, I paid $300 to have the old compressor replaced with Brandywine Junkyards (junk) compressor. When I tried to return the compressor I was told, "That is the risk you take when buying used parts. We can not refund you". The manager then went on to blame the shop I took my minivan to for the damage even after Brandywine's own mechanic (Joe) told them that the compressor they sold me was BAD. Now I am out of both the $300 I paid the shop and the $96 I paid for the compressor. Bad business looses business. If you are not a trained mechanic avoid Brandywine Junkyard.

Their costs are lower than many competitors, and they value their customers and strive to earn their business. Steve and Joe, the managers , are passionate about their company and ensure that vehicles are fixed properly. They hire only the best technicians who pay close attention to detail. Despite their growth, their customer service remains top-notch. I want to express my gratitude to BAC for their outstanding work.

    I called this morning to inquire on a few parts I needed for my truck. Phillip was very personable, knowledgeable, and quick! I informed him that I would be sending someone on my behalf to reserve my parts. They came in talked to Phillip (who remembered our brief conversation) and were in and out quickly! Prices are unbeatable as well. Thanks Phillip and Brandywine Auto!

    I called the Brandywine location to request an alternator for my car and was told they have it there and at Bowie. Drove there and was told they don't have it. They took my name while on the phone. While there the guy could care less!!! Why not check to know you actually have a part before having a customer come there for nothing!!!

    I put my work vehicle into theBrandywine shop Aug 15, 2023. No one called me to let me know anything about my vehicle. I had to keep calling them, just to be told .. we're working on it. I got my vehicle back the first week of December 2023, when I got a call to let me know they took my engine out and starting to work on it. Don't be in a rush to get your vehicle fixed. I sold my vehicle cause it's not running like it use too.

    First of all, I didn’t even get to actually be a customer before the distrust begins! I found this place on google and called to see if they have a fuse box for my vehicle. After giving the person who answered the phone all the information that I had he advised me that I needed more information. When I got the information and called back there was an automated message saying that the business has now closed. That wasn’t even 20 minutes after I got off the phone. On Google it states that this company closes at three. I called back at 2:06 just to receive the news then I will only be able to receive help on Monday which is the next business day. Anybody who works with cars knows that if a person needs a fuse box most likely the vehicle is 90% disabled and unable to be driven. I feel as though the person on the phone should’ve told me that they were closing soon that way I might’ve been able to somehow get the information faster. I would not use this company because I feel like I will be highly inconvenienced because the workers are lazy and don’t want to deal with customers when is close to close of business. Not to mention those are not even their actual business hours that are posted on Google. Poor poor poor poor poor customer service 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

    Be aware of the scheme they run. I live in Clinton and called before coming to purchase a part. They told me one price on the phone & told me the part sold to jack the price up when I arrived. I arrived in least than 5 mins.& It took the cashier more that 15 mins to complete the transaction. So the person who bought my part should’ve still been there. No one was there but me. #scanners

    I thoroughly enjoyed my visit this past weekend. Long story short, my window got busted and I got robbed and I needed a new car window. They were able to supply me with a window and install it for a reasonable price. I waited about an hour for them to pull the window and install it but since I had left my car dirty with the glass and trash from the break-in and they were so kind enough to clean it all out, it probably would have went faster LOL. Their face-to-face customer service could be just a little bit better but they are knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions. All in all I am very satisfied with the labor service and the installed window looks almost better than my original one. Thanks guys, I will definitely be returning in the coming months for some other parts!!

    I called on the phone for a specific year range for certain part they said they had a few vehicles in stock I would have to take a look myself saying they don’t inventory the kind of part I’m needing. I come into the store pay the two dollar entrance free and then they say they don’t have any of the vehicles in stock and I drove over a hour away to come here to this specific one who supposedly had it and they don’t have it. Waste of my time and keep in mind nice on phone but horrible in person costumer service. It is the one and only time now I will ever go there.

    Never been here, always passed by. Could not have known I needed a part for my 2012 Hyundai Elantra. Drove from southern Md to Brandywine and they had the part I needed. Place is huge and staff were professionals. Part much cheaper than dealership. Recommend!

    Great prices and employees. Ive have been there twice to get two seperate tires plugged. First time i went to get my tires plugged, i had more than one nail and they plugged them for 15 dollars. the second time i went to get another tire plugged they told me about my tire dry rotting and helped me prevent a tire blow out. Everyone there was helpful

    I have been waiting for a refund for a part since December. I keep getting the same answers give them a day. The rep who was supposed to help me was slacking the whole time people on the phone with me his coworkers say he does this often. The worse service ever receive.

    They continuously got my order WRONG. I requested to have a rear Caliper delivered to my house on a Friday, 7-days later, instead it was delivered to their autoshop, AN HOUR AWAY FROM ME. I pick up the part, and it's the WRONG part, a front Caliper. Their corespondence is piss poor, they're understaffed, waiting time for your call to be answered is 10minutes and i was hung up on twice while waiting on the initial hold. Nonetheless, I have to drive an hour back down to Brandywine to return this useless item for them to reorder the correct part. I'm preparing myself to wait 7 more days for this part, and also fathoming the possibility that it may even get delivered to their shop again.

    Took my car there to get a new engine and it took three months, every time I called they gave me excuses. I went to check on my car after two months and the front desk clerk was rude nasty little man who knew nothing but excuses. Finally got my car back and the engine was not put together right the engine light was still on and my antifreeze was leaking everywhere. DO NOT GO HERE

    I use to love brandywine.... Now the professionalism has gone down the drain ...they will play games with you... I returned a part late in the evening when they were closing .. Paid with card then the person handling paperwork makes up a ticket saying I was there at 9am got a cash refund... While I was in school. LIVE ALL THE WAY OUT Virginia.

    I thought perhaps I could get a tow bar from BW Auto. I could hook it to the white BW pickup truck that rode my and other people's bumpers up I70. If the driver represents BW, they're in a hurry, disrespect full of others and they're very Dangerous.

    Very poor customer service! They keep you on hold for a long period of time. Very unorganized! I had to wait 45 minutes a upon arrival, just to get my part. I Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    Called just to ask a few questions about a truck I had found on ebay. Fella automatically assumed since I was a female I didn't know what I was talking about. Very rude and not helpful at all.

    These guys are shady. They work with the dealership ( GOVERNMENT VEHICLE AUTO SALES) down the street to sell people bad cars. They tell you to take it to this place to get it inspected. They say everything is ok with the car. Then boom, it breaks down. Don't trust these guys

    Called on the phone to see if they had my part and was told they had and it would be here waiting for me. I told them I would be there the next day so I drove 2 hrs to get this part and they didn't have it. Go and check to see if you have the part before telling the customer you have it. Not a good experience at all for time customer.

    Most horrible owned places called for a part told me they had it drove 3 hrs to them they didn’t have it pulled price was way higher then on website place is a joke I’ll make sure everyone knows

    I called this junkyard to ask them if they have parts for my car and they say they do.and I drove all the way from Alexandria to this place to buy the part ,and they said the part is not on shelf and will be here by tomorrow which they are supposed to mention it on phone.

    Absolutely way overpriced beyond gougin.Thought I was stupid enough to buy a 4.7 02 with 160,000 on it jeep motor for 2grand.
