I would like to personally thank all the guys at Budget Auto Parts & Service, especially Dana. I'm new to this area and didn't know where to look to have my charger serviced. I looked online and found this place and MAN- am I happy i took it here. From the moment i came in i was greeted with courteous professional treatment. Thanks to Mr. Neo for the help on Recker Hwy today. I was leaving Walmart in Auburndale and my truck broke down and wouldn't crank up helped me push it to a safe area and fix the problem I was having and gave me great advice on how not to have that issue again. Thank you sir God bless.

I feel I was treated better and got the best deal on services for services when James was there. Here wouldn't have you pay for parts that weren't needed for the job and didn't keep your vehicle longer than needed. It cost me a lot more than I had planned,I will say though Jose stepped in and was very helpful.

Picked my vehicle up and it wasn’t driving right I. Allied and they told me to bring it back. Mind you it’s coming close to closing. They are fixing it past their closing time. Thank you budget, awesome customer service!

If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. Great work,great prices and great people!!! Check them out, you wont regret it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
