We are sorry Paul that u and your mother felt taken advantage of. We are definitely not in the business since around 1960, to take advantage of folks. We did exactly what your mom asked for, however the vehicle still needed further repairs, causing false alarm activation. Your mom was shown a video about it, and shown on the computer hard fault codes in the vehicle. We did our absolute best to explain thoroughly. You were given a full refund, on parts and labor. So, im definitely not sure how u could say we take advantage of folks. Your not the victim. If anyone lost, it would by far be us. No hard feelings! God Bless!!!

Fantastic service! Dale was knowledgeable, efficient, and very nice. I had a great experience during my visit. My car was fix quickly at a reasonable cost. I am definitely a customer for life for all car needs.

Whatever you do don't take your car here. They are crooks and take advantage of people. My elderly mother took her car here to just get a key fob and it programmed. When she left her car was in panic mode Everytime she would try to lock or unlock her car. They blame it on tire sensors and say that they can't help her only if she spends hundreds of dollars more with them. Ford dealership themselves say that this is unheard of. And bumper to bumper refuses to get money back.

Gary and Dale are the best at what they do!! Always willing to help you right away and fix whatever the problem is, without running you around trying to fix something that doesn't need it. They have done repairs on my vehicles and always did the best job for a fair price!! Thank y'all so much!

After having them fix 6 cars for me, one of which was a BMW 740, my Audi tore up. They misdiagnosed it as a transmission replacement. After $2850, they have told me that it's a fuel pump problem. This particular model has 2. They quoted $1400 and it's still in their shop. I really do not recommend them any longer

Very fast and friendly service. Great prices and they really know what they are doing. Every time I take my vehicle here they get the job done right. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else

I will say they are kind of pricey! However they do great work! Everytime I brought my car here, they tell me exactly what's wrong, and I dont feel like they are giving me the run a rounds. Also price wise, I say they are pricey, but truthfully if you have a foreign vehicle and need to get it fix, bring it here, they will do a great job, and do charge wayy less than most foreign vehicle shops. They do a great job, and do not face your car just sitting for weeks. Never takes longer than a week.
