Very unreliable, have to call over and over to get someone to answer for parts during business hours. Staff are usually nice. Prices are pretty bad compared to others in the area.

Not fair on prices. Recyclers in new hampshire, and Portland are better with . dealing with recyclables and get more free you have Low ballers with batteries. You should find better places to go than CIA.

Made an appointment to see a piece of equipment they had for sale, packed all my equipment to come look at it and the guy sold it out from underneath me did not honor the appointment
