    Was told I would have 30 days to bring a part back because they guarantee their parts work. I bought a part that didn't work so I ordered a brand new one online so I wouldn't have to keep trying to find a good one. I called and informed them that the part didn't work and they refused to return my money. They insisted that their guarantee means they will replace the part, not give a refund for defective equipment. I will never use this yard again and will make sure to keep my friends and family far away as well.
