Dan tried to tell me the part i brought and called about was a transmission piece when it was a front 4x4 disconnect actuator for the front axle, then didnt no the difference between a 4x4 axle shaft for an envoy and an awd axle shaft for the same model styles, then proceeded to call me dumb and doesnt know himself that the 2 are 1 in the same. They have no organization, parts in piles and un tagged and no interchange to show which parts are interchangeable. When they say i think ive got that, be prepared to search piles and dont bother showing up if you dont have the part with you in hand
