We buy all of our parts from Parks. They have a broad selection and special orders usually only take a day or two. The staff at this location is awesome. They take the time to research the right part and their prices are competive.

These guys actually know mechanics. Randy the manager, I met 10-12 years ago working there. He is an old car guy like me. If I have a question he is always there to assist. If you want cheap quality parts and personnel that has no real mechanical knowledge, go to a big chain store. If you want knowledgeable personnel that knows your name, go to Parks Auto, a locally owned company.

It's a wonder this store is still even open. I manage an automotive repair shop not even two miles from this store. Every time I call I get placed on hold immediately. "parks auto this is Jeff, gotta put you on hold, click" I'm understanding when it comes to being busy. I've called three times today and been placed on hold for over five mins before hanging up! Call the Main warehouse in North Charleston, same thing! Absolutely ridiculous! Prentice(I believe that's how he spells it) Parks needs to get this in check! We have 14 stores with-in our chain that could bring a lot of business to parks but none of us use them because of these same issues. Even if you can get somebody on the phone it's going to take them two hours to deliver a part 2 miles down the road!

Not helpful at all asked if they could order some thing for me and were unable to do so or willing to even try Tried to get 10 gallons of royal purple 2 stroke oil. Ended up ordering online
