After my car accident, Cannon of Ford of Starkville did whatever they could to make sure my repair process was as quick and smooth as possible. The night of the accident, Chris Keene and Payten Smith stayed after hours to ensure that I had a vehicle to use until I could obtain a rental. Mickey Edwards, Chase Hays, and everyone else in the body shop made the repair process easy and communicated updates with me often. Everyone at Cannon Motors treats their clients/customers like family and this location is no exception!

Wonderful buying experience from start until finish , and beyond by Courtney Winkler and Chris Keene, while buying my daughter her first car . We are very pleased with the Ford Escape we purchased .They went above and beyond to get us the right automobile, even transferred the car from another location overnight.Mickey in the body shop did a wonderful job correcting a couple of small blemishes and was super helpful and quick . He was courteous and helpful with making sure everything was as it should be and exceeded my expectations.I can not say enough about the courteous, attention to detail , quick responses and knowledge of the Ford Escape we bought .I would recommend Courtney and Chris to anyone who wants to buy a new or used automobile. Usually not the biggest fan of salesmen… However she turned out to be the best, kindest, and most knowledgeable sales person at a car dealership I’ve ever dealt with! The entire process was very smooth, we were kept up to date on the status of the vehicle since we had to order it and they made transitioning out of my Tahoe very convenient.
