The night of the accident, Chris Keene and Payten Smith stayed after hours to ensure that I had a vehicle to use until I could obtain a rental. Stopped by to check out Broncos last week, greeted immediately by Mrs. Rachael there. Usually not the biggest fan of salesmen… However she turned out to be the best, kindest, and most knowledgeable sales person at a car dealership I’ve ever dealt with! Our second great experience with Cannon Ford of Starkville! My husband purchased a Ford when we first moved here and I just purchased a Lincoln yesterday! The entire process was very smooth, we were kept up to date on the status of the vehicle since we had to order it and they made transitioning out of my Tahoe very convenient. Chris and Mickey in the body shop went above and beyond the call of service to ensure a recall was done correctly. A previous dealership worked in my truck and botched a repair. Chris was very helpful and kind. Will always buy vehicles from here now.

Bought a used car here for my daughter about a year ago. The car needed some repair work and it was the first time I'd used their service department.
