I went there to buy a door for my car and someone there said I will call you in the morning and I cancelled what I wanted to do that morning he didn't call until 4 pm without apologizing and hung up the phone as if he was right his behavior is very bad slow in movement doesn't know what he is doing there

Zero stars... when you call to verify they have what you need and they tell you they do then you drive over an hour to find out they don't have it... this is the 2nd time and you won't get me a 3rd time smh

Not worth the time and money. When you go here, there is no way to ring a bell to get someone to come to the counter. If nobody is in the front office, you've just got to wait till someone shows up. They charge a 3 dollar entry fee which is understandable, but there is no external signage stating that it must be paid before entry. Parts appear to be far over-priced. A window switch for example was $20 from 20-year-old vehicle, which can be gotten new for 10 and free shipping. The attitude of the place is sad and dismissive.

We brought our old car there and the owner said he was interested in it since it still ran and had a good motor. All that was wrong with it was a leaking radiator hose which needed fixed but could have been parted out at the least or the hose fixed and sold. We told them the issue and since the owner steve wasn’t there went we dropped it off, we said we would come back the next day to do the title transfer and he would give us the money for it. Well some time between when we dropped it off and came back the next day, the owners son decided to take it for a joy ride and blew it up. Then, the owner had the audacity to give us $150 since it was “blown up and the motor was no good”. The motor was fine before we dropped it off but because of his Jackass son, we get screwed in the deal! This place is a joke!

I got a AC compressor from them,I gave it to the repair shop I use. The next day I went to Holy Spirit for two heart operations I was there 10 days. While there my garage called to tell me compressor was leaking freon. The day after I got out I ran it back, was told he would have another one the next day, he did not. I asked for my $65.00 back to buy a new one, they would not refund my money. My Wife and I are both collecting social security and We are 73 years old,$65.00 is a lot of money to us. They also hung up on me when I called them. I was taken advantage of. I guess that's how they do business. This Is a warning to all that need parts,Go elsewhere!! This place will rip you off!! Plenty other junk yards around.

Supposed Christian upfront tried to over price a used part we pulled which he tried to charge close to new bumper price then when I tried to explain that it was cheaper elsewhere why did he over price it . Then told me to put it back on vehicle cursing at us saying do we argue prices at Walmart. I bolted it back on and went to front again and other fat employee argued and called us liars and to leave. Definitely not christians or honest business just rude criminals.

Called to get a replacement hatch explaining that we would still be calling around as I only had two hours until I was on call for my job. Found one elsewhere, figured we needed two front doors so I'd give them the business. Called an explained we did find the hatch elsewhere but we still needed two front doors if they had them. Guy says well you got the hatch somewhere else why can't you get the doors somewhere else and hangs up. Don't worry you won't get my business or anyone's business I know from now on.

I've been getting parts here for over twenty years and three owners. They have a good selection of parts from a wide variety of domestic and a few foreign vehicles. Competitive pricing. If you want free coffee, a receptionist, and high prices, go to a dealership. If you want a part to get the job done, these guys probably have it.

Wonderful customer service and prices! Was looking for a very hard to find transmission and they had it for a very fair price. They also then delivered it to Middletown for me at no extra charge. Referred a friend there the following week and they were the only junkyard that had what he was looking for and once again at a very fair price. So far both purchased parts are in great working condition.

Called on a Wednesday to see if I could reserve a part to pick up on Friday. They told me I wouldn’t need to reserve it and just show up on Friday to pick it up. I drive an hour out of my way and the office is closed. No one picked up the phone. Waste of time. Showed up at 11:30 so it’s not like it was an unreasonable time. It was Black Friday so maybe they were closed or had reduced hours, but seems like that’s something you would tell someone when they call ahead?

These guys have always treated me well and I have purchased $1000's worth of parts from them. They have great prices. To all the people that left 1 star because it's a little rough around the edges, go check out LKQ, they have a nice office, waiting area, nice people on the phone, and all the garbage overpriced broken parts that one could ever want. As is typical with buying used parts sometimes you get a dud, CATS has always made it right for me. Thanks CATS for providing a quality service!

Spoke to someone yesterday about a part. Today I drive 25 miles to get there only to find out they were not open. I showed up at 12:20 in the afternoon. Thought maybe they closed for lunch. Came back after 1 pm and still closed. Thanks for wasting my time.

I pulled up and they have no parking area marked. We walked into the trailer they use for an office with 6 men all crammed into a 8x12ft room sitting behind a folding table. No one spoke to us for an uncomfortable length of time until finally one fellow said "whats up". We told him what part we needed and he then looked at another fellow and started to argue over who would serve us until one guy flicked off the other and told him to fu*# himself then brushed by us without saying a word. The fellow sitting behind the counter told us to follow the arrate guy. We walked out followed him then walked away after hearing him curse two more times. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Look at all the bad reviews they've earned for poor customer service. Here's hoping they improve and I'm able to rate them higher in the near future.

If you like to be treated rudely, then, this is the place for you. When I had to junk my car, the fellow on the phone was rude and insulting. Got nasty when I asked when they might be able to pick up the car, took my number, then hung up on me. At this point I'd rather junk it alongside the road then deal with them.

The Absolute worst business and customer service I have ever dealt with. NOT RELIABLE, Very RUDE, and they send you the wrong parts and don't refund you or apologize. I would rather pay full price for new than buy from these scams! BUYER BEWARE, STAY AWAY!

It is conveniently located and there is a large selection however there is no rhyme nor reason to where cars are. There is a general collection of each brand however there are a lot of just random cars put anywhere. For it being a pick and pull it's not that customer oriented, there is no set pricing for the most part there is no wheelbarrows available for you to transport parts. I think this salvage yard has a lot of potential and with some reorganization would work really well.

First off, understand this,...your looking for auto parts...you called them..this is a business...you are not the only customer they have! If you don't like the way they speak to you...get a tissue! they are the best in the area...you want someone to be nice to you, by a dog! remember...you called them...they didn't call you...they just sell auto parts!!!

Went there for a regular steel 14" rim. After a long wait my part came to the counter, and it has a big dent which make it unusable. The guy in the counter took the rim to the back of the shop, hammered the hell of it, and brought it back to me. He did s poor job and I told him that I need rim that is not repaired. He was clearly upset and told me that's all he got and if I don like it go away. So that's what I did, but before I left the door a fat guy in the back told me to never "come back". Rude and unprofessional.
