Very happy to find this place. Very well trained, professional and friendly staff. Had battery problems and Clay was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, above the norm. Subsequently went back for car parts and continued to get above normal service. As a senior woman, two factors that play against my favor, I felt respected and valued. It was pain free and nice to get the extra help and consideration.

I used to go there for parts for my 94 dodge ram 20 years ago. They were the only place that gave me the right parts the first time. We're working on the old girl to put her back on the road and of course we went to the best for her parts!

I called for pricing and info on a new battery and the lady I s/w was very nice, patient, and professional. I had called a couple other places and this place was the cheapest for a battery. I also asked if I could bring my car by to see if they could put the battery in themselves and was helped by Clay. He was also very nice and professional and said he could do it no problem. So I ordered the battery with them and he put it in literally less than 10 minutes. I was very impressed by The Experience from start to finish and even asked Clay who he recommended for an oil change and gave me a very quick response to Quick Lube being a very honest company that operates with integrity. All in all it's a very good day when you can leave a place feeling @ peace and knowing you have been well cared for! Thank you again CarQuest and blessings on your business!
