    The money/classification is a little light. I turned in a bunch of welding cable that was 90% pure copper and they gave me insulated wire rates for it. I mean, yeah its insulated, but it's not the same ratio of copper to plastic as lamp cord. Not even close.In any event, the operation is fast and efficient, and it beats taking metal to the landfill for nothing.

    I've just gotten into scrapping for extra money and the people at Carroll scrap are so nice. The man that helped me was Don Marsh, I made sure I got his name. He was very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I will be back and what a nice payout :-)

Very nice group of gents who treat females with great respect. I even met another guy up there who was so friendly you'd think he was my brother! I go here for my steel.
