Well honestly it all felt a little bit sketchy. I called their number and spoke with Amanda, she was very nice, helpful, friendly and extremely kind. She gave me a quote ($500) of what they would pay us to go pick up our vehicle that had been in an accident. And then because she could hear my small children in the background she asked her manager if she could offer me more and they changed the quote to over $600. I didn't agree over the phone that day, my husband and I talked it over and I called and bunch of different places, or I tried. I tried calling several different phone numbers for other wrecking companies and it always connected back into the exact same company! That creeped me out! Finally we decided that we would proceed and just be cautious and thorough. Oh my goodness that was kind of a phone nightmare! I called Amanda back, but yet someone else answered and just started asking all these questions about my specific vehicle, they knew it was me calling just based off my phone number I guess. After we finally got the title and paperwork worked out she transferred me to "scheduling" to schedule an appointment time for the pick up. And after a long time on hold this guy asked me all the same questions she did and reviewed all the same info, and then transferred me again, without scheduling my pick up, to another company that does the pick up. The lady that answered then started into a speel about how I now needed to download their app and apply for a scheduled appointment through the app, and on and on. At this point I was frustrated and I snapped at her for a second and she was like "oh wait, why are you calling again?" "To schedule to have to guys pick up my wrecked car". And then she completely changed what she was saying and had me repeat ALL of the same info I had repeated 3-4 times now and then she told me they can't schedule any appointments times and the driver will just call an hour ahead of time before they get there! So after all that rig a row I have to just wait to hear from this random driver that might show up... Honestly I was super irritated and frustrated with the run around in this company. But he did call an hour before pick up, he was nice, all the paperwork was completed was finished that day and the check cashed fine and didn't bounce. Hopefully some of that will be helpful to someone else considering this company. I dropped a star for a little disorganization towards the end that could have been easily remedied with some computer literacy and the will to help, but that’s my POV. In order to do the deal they expected me to sign my title blank - without their information or you know, getting payment - and send them a copy of it before they would schedule the pick up. Confirmed with an attorney that this is insane.

When I first called they asked for a phone number in case we disconnected, then they hung up a few minutes after. Pretty quickly afterward I started getting texts from numerous numbers that I didn't recognize about donating my car or selling it, & not all of them were the even the same place.
