When we called Junk Jr on the phone they were very professional and it only took 2 days for them to come out to our house. When Cody came to our house to pick up our chest freezer he was friendly and very professional and he new what he was doing and I would recommend him any time. When he came to our home we felt comfortable with him and he even came to our home late at night when he should have been home with his own family after a full schedule on this day. We called Junk Jr. to clean out the last of our sister's belongings after she had passed away. There wasn't a lot left after we were able to give a lot of her stuff away, but we were tired of hauling stuff down the steps of her apartment to our cars, and just wanted the stuff "gone". In less than an hour her apartment was empty of all the useless things that had helped make up her life. Junk Jr was so easy to work with. Chad was friendly on the phone and gave me his cell to text him with other questions. He was very responsive! The team was available to help me next day! They come in and take it out for you. They were quick, careful and professional and reasonably priced! We will use them again!

Tyler and John from Junk Jr are amazing! Tyler the manager came out and gave us a quote that included removing and hauling all the tile and wooden floors on our first floor and move our very heavy appliances.
