!!SHADY!! Called to get a quote, the guy gave me a flat rate for the year and make of my car. I specifically asked if it mattered if parts were missing or not and he said NO because he didn’t sell any parts from cars of that year, it would just be recycled. We scheduled a pick up, the guy was 30 minutes late and then said he couldn’t give us the price that was quoted because parts were missing. I called the office to ask about it and he was extremely rude, denied that he had said that and then stopped responding to me, like just stopped talking. Obviously he was going to be selling parts off my car and was lying. Terrible service, do not use them.Service: Car towing

Told us flat rate for pre 2012 car no matter condition or missing parts. Tow guy came and low balled us so we called the guy we originally talked to. Entire demeanor changed, was rude and hung up. They’ll promise a fair price then cut it at time of tow. Shady business.

Horrible. Complete joke. Stressed me out for a few days. Completely blew me off. This Kevin guy promised me PERSONALLY he would go pick up my vehicle and then he would never show up to the mechanics. I had to call from a different number just so he'd answer and I could see whats going on. Each time he made me believe it was taken care of. I lost $$ because I had to have my vehicle towed from the shop to my house because it was there to long.. I had to take time off work to try n get it handled. He didnt show up on 3 different occasions to pick up my vehicle. So strange. Finally called another company and not only did I get more money for my vehicle everything was handled in a day.

I don' t even know where to start !! I was so stressed out because I was bit strapped for cash and have had my old car sitting in my parking lot and found out I would sell it for scrap. I called around to couple different places and they eithr had terrible customer service (Fred's Auto Body) the the Pick and Pull in Sherwood could not come out at a time when I was not at work for two weeks ( I am off work by 1:30pm). Kevin not only made a connection with me about my dog I just adopted but he gave me $25 more than Pick and Pull offered me and he is coming to pick it up at 8pm tonight! What an amazing company! Support Local Business.

Scraped my dodge b250 this morning and it was taken away by the nicest tow man. He was very kind and helpful and did not take advantage of us in a vulnerable sistuation with the van. Called the night before and was told the flat rate the car could be scrapped for. Tow man was on time and everything went very smoothly. Called around before hand and cash for junk cars also had the best rate we could find. Would recommend to anyone trying to scrap their car.

Set up an appointment for last Saturday at noon. After no one showed up, I called to ask if everything was OK. The guy told me he would call the driver and see what's going on. Never got a callback. Called yesterday to set up another appointment, he said he would call me back in 45 minutes (right about the time they were closing), never got a callback. I was worried they were just incompetent, until I read another review where they did the same thing to someone else. I wouldn't call this company, unless you like being blown off.

Had an appointment to sell off my car. They blew me off. After waiting 6 hours, 3 more phone calls and a few excuses later no one would call me back. Called another company and had a better experience.

Although we did not use this company for our junk car, the Gentleman was very polite and helpful and gave me some good ideas on how to sell it. Positive experience all the way around.

Kevin and Kyle went above and beyond to come pick up my car . They were beyond kind fast and great customer service on phone and in person ! Highly recommend these guys !!
