My car broke down on Route 81, my insurance used CDC for the towing service. I believe it was Steve A. who towed my car for me (at least that was the name on my receipt). It was towed pretty quickly! Once at the garage there was some debate as to what garage my car should be taken, but that's beside the point. Steve offered to re-tow my car to a different garage since he was headed in that direction. While I still would have had to pay for towing (which was fine, it's his job after all), he didn't have to go out of his way to offer. He could have simply left to go to his next job, but he didn't. He stuck around until I came to the decision to just leave my car where it was. He was incredibly friendly and professional. Hats off to Steve! (Thanks again!).Service: Car towing

I had a flat tire after midnight and it was ten degrees outside. Progressive Insurance Roadside Service sent my request to CDC. I did not get the name of the young man that came, but he was there fast, he was helpful courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend CDC to anyone. Service: Tire change

They came to open my jeep that was locked. I gave them 3 stars because it took 3 hrs for them to get here. Once here. They actually broke my top while trying to open it. But they did replace it. So they did do a great job at the replacement.

I called ahead to say I was traveling out of town on a 5 hour drive and had a problem with my car. They squeezed me in super fast and repaired my car in great time. Outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend them and their skills. Great job, thank you

We got stuck in the snow in Michaux State Forest and anticipated needing a tow. Called multiple towing companies in the area, and CDC was by far the most professional, kind, and helpful. We ended up being able to get unstuck on our own, but wanted to leave a comment just to let folks know that CDC will be my first call if I ever need a tow in the future. Let me tell you that these guys are the BEST! We set out on our first RV road trip from NYS, and were headed to Williamsport, MD for our first stopover. Time was of the essence as we had a two week itinerary with many stops to Wilmington, NC all the way to the Smokey Mountains and Nashville and back up to NY. Our RV is brand new and the engine was smoking. We called AAA to find someone to tow us to the nearest Ford RV service department which was almost 2 hours in the wrong direction and would have had to wait for service and go back home. Denver and Warren showed up and could not tow our RV because our jacks were too low. We were devastated! Denver took a look under our hood, came into the RV and popped open the hood cover to get to the inside engine. He knew right away what to do. The factory had poorly installed the radiator hose which had been sliced in a half by the engine cover, which created a leak. Denver fixed the problem and then filled our RV with THREE galloons of antifreeze! Our heros! These guys calmed our nerves, sent us on our way and left us their card to call them when we reached our destination. They saved our trip!!! HIGHLY recommend them. They know their stuff!! If I could rate them 10 stars I would. I was involved in an auto accident in Pa.. CDC towed my vehicle from the scene to their shop. The driver was courteous and efficient and very professional. The rest of the staff was equally as wonderful. We travel with two dogs and they were completely dog friendly. Do not wish any road difficulties on anyone. However I would recommend CDC repair and towing without any hesitation.
