Took my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection. Was told that the brakes and rotors were so rusted that they were flaking apart and needed replaced asap. We said we’d do the work ourselves and bring it back for reinspection. Was told we would have to pay to have it reinspected. My husband went out and bought new brakes and rotors but when he went to replace them, he discovered that the current brakes and rotors were in excellent shape and didn’t need replaced.We took my car to a different inspection garage for an inspection without mentioning the report from Shively. My vehicle passed without any mention of the brakes and rotors. There was nothing wrong with them.Will never give Shively my business ever again. This isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had with them. But it will most definitely be the last.

Originally wanted a green whillys, that sold day before I went, then the white one sold as I was leaving my house, but I ended up with a couple more things I would have preferred for around the same cost. I can't say anough good things about my salesman Mike or the appraiser for my trade really everyone was very relaxed. They were in contact to let me know when things sold and what was available and very friendly the whole time. It was a great experience. I was sad to see my trade go but am very happy with what I got. I will 100% work with them again when I am ready to get a new car.

Absolutely awful service. I took my vehicle to shippensburg for a rattling noise and transmission problems. They said they couldn’t find anything, that’s fine. Couple days later problems came back, spoke to manager said they would waive my deductible since it was already in for those problems and I already paid for above my deductible. Took it in again to get fixed since now I had video proof, said I had to pay again when a manager already said I didn’t have to. Woman at the services desk absolutely rude, said I couldn’t speak to a manager when apparently an assistant manager was standing right behind her. Spoke to him, he was actually friendly but said last time my vehicle was even in they didn’t even try to find the rattling noise only the transmission problem but wouldn’t honor what another manager I spoke to said. I will never go back to this location even if you paid me.

Took both my 1999 jeep charokee with 180k miles and my 2017 ford fusion with about 70k miles in for inspection this week. And they got me in that same day for both vehicals. The mechanics there are really nice and told me what was needing replaced for inspection and what they felt like would need replaced in the next 6 months. I love how there truthfull and don't charge you for stuff that's not needed. Would recommend, to even none jeep dodge and ram vehicals.
