My Dad has bought his trucks for the past 20 years. This was my 1st time visit. David in the service department was great! He stayed in contact with me the whole time my vehicle was in for service and maintenance work. Very accommodating with the pick up. I will definitely use them again and let my family and friends know! Awesome Customer Service!

READ THIS BEFORE GETTING SPARE KEYS MADE.I lost my Chevy Tahoe keys and called for assistance at Cecil Atkins Motors. I was told it would cost $850.00 for a spare key made. And a towing fee. They would have to program it. I called AAA. AAA then they contacted a fellow that was nice and courteous. It was done in 40 min. I had a new key with the fob for $208.00. He came to where the auto was located. I suggest AAA Platinum. It’s not that much for one year considering the headache one goes through when being stranded only once. STRESS. There may be a circumstance one needs to go there to have it done at the dealership. I, nor my family have any ties or contact with AAA other than subscription renewals. It’s worth it. I wonder why they would charge so much more? It is wrong. I’ll take integrity with humbleness any day. BTW, I have purchased my last 3 “nice” autos from them. Cecil or whomever, you’ve lost my business. Tootles.

So far you have bent over backwards to get me my new truck at my convenience. I'm very glad I found this dealership. I live over 200 miles from Kerrville and they offered to deliver the truck to me at no charge so I wouldn't have to drive that far. I would highly recommend Cecil Atkission Motors to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

This was most definitely (without a doubt) the best experience I have had at ANY dealership throughout my history of purchasing vehicles. Not only was Nathan Whitt knowledgeable, he was extraordinarily kind, helpful, and all around pleasant to be around. He made me feel welcome, and also dealt with the various tasks that I had him jump through without making me feel overwhelmed. —From decision making, to finance changes- he was there every step of the way. I felt at the end of the purchase, I wasn’t rushed / bombarded / or forced which is how I have felt during other purchases in the past from other dealerships. I would drive past a dozen GM dealers to get to Cecil Atkission's service department! Kevin and his team really have it dialed in and take great care of their clients. I feel like I'm visiting family everytime I go in. Thank you!!!

The service person and repair person not only rotated the tires, changed the oil, topped erverything off but also found a washer part missing. Now that is fantastic service. I would not have found hat problem until some messy/rainy day. I could have had a serious wreck. Thank you for staying on top of everything.

Steve was great. This location is very laid back, professional, and patient. Although I didn't get a deal done, I'd till take my future business there. Definitely recommend.

Wait time was acceptable. Service was completed. My concern is trying to charge over $80 to change the cabin filter (four T15 screws and 2 clips) which I did myself for $22 in less than 10 minutes. Same concern for wanting to charge almost $300 for changing a battery.

I bought a pre-owned car from Cecil Atkission last week. LeeAnn was an amazing sales associate who helped me make a decision that I was very happy with and she made the experience fun. The next day I had a problem with the car and brought it into the service department. After evaluating the problem, Becky, in Service, said that I would need to take it to the dealership because it was still under the dealer's warranty. This was not viable for us, so Becky worked very hard with the managers to find a better solution. She really went to bat for us and we appreciate it so much! Atkission repaired the car without any cost to us and they did it by the next day (even though they had to send someone to San Antonio to get the parts)!We were so impressed by this dealership, the professionalism and the friendly, hard-working employees. They really do stand behind their cars! Thank you to everyone who helped us out!
