    Had a car towed due to an accident. When we went to recover personal items, some high end items where missing. They denied it.... But what would you think?

    Do you like to wait 2 hours in person for a simple salvage part? I placed 3 calls there to arrange purchase of said part only to be told they got busy and couldn't work on it? Inefficient operation to say the least. Then the person pulling the part told about his personal problems and begged me not to tell the boss about my experience and to please not drive away. Then they wanted $100 for the part instead of the $65 I was quoted. Do you enjoy the office manager dropping the f-bomb towards staff, I didn't! How about you just sell me the part I requested for the price quoted. Don't deal with these people! 0 out of 5 stars!
