Shopping for auto parts is not my favorite thing and I usually send someone else. This is the second time in a year I've had to bite the bullet in person at O'Reilly. BOTH times 5 star. Better than 5 star. Bought parts in Chickasha, they got picked up in OKC store. Apparently this is not a common, '1-Click' task. But they got'er done and saved me a very long drive. Probably would have paid less at rock auto, but didn't have to wait And parts have lifetime guarantee. Priceless.

This place has so much to offer. The staff is very helpful and they have loaner tools too. From time to time they have even helped me with installing minor things like bulbs and wipers and such. They have a wide selection of products for your car or truck as well.

I purchased a crankshaft sensor for my car. When I opened the box it was obviously not the right one. So I ordered one from Amazon. So I went to take it back with the box a little dirty from grease. The store manager Glover or Grover who is very rude, informed me that they will not take it back. I called district and main corporate and none of them would refund my money. Sadly I purchased a fuel pump the day before. I will not go back and I will tell everyone of my experience. Horrible place to get car parts. You should honor your warranty. The box cleaned up very nice. 1 ⭐️! I would give them 0 ⭐️ if I could! I have pics if anyone would like to see.

Thought I had bad battery They tested and said it was good, then Mark checked alternator and found it to be bad didn't charge me anything. Really kind and professional.

These guys know their stuff. Steven is always super knowledgeable and help full. A few guys are rather sloppy looking but the computer saves them from being less than well rounded. All in all my go to parts bouse.
