These people helped me out with outstanding customer service and they are straight forward I bought a motor for my truck and it is the best investment I've ever made even though it was used it is solid and now I have people wanting to buy my truck

This wrecker service and repair shop is the best! They got to me very quickly and towed me to their shop. I was traveling home and they stayed even though it was time for them to go home for the day and fixed my truck. On top of that they let me use their personal vehicle to go get something to drink. My insurance company sent them out via my roadside assistance and they are a very professional company. The driver went above and beyond to help with my disabled pickup. I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone that needs a tow.

The young man that helped us was very professional and understanding to our situation. He also lead us to a very professional and of great quality tire business within great pricing. Also putting us in a great location where 2 women didn't have to worry about the neighborhood, seeing that we has to wait 4 hours before they opened. I will use them again and will recommend them to everyone I know and don't know who needs someone in their business. Oh also did a great job rolling my car off his truck especially with it being very low to begin with without a flat...so it being very very low. He got it off without a scratch! I've seen some wrecker service don't care about that and will get your car off their truck along with the front bumper. So that a huge plus in my book!!!

In nearly 20 years of working on the road, having breakdowns and needing emergency services, I have to say these guys are the best I have ever dealt with. From the initial call requesting a tow, the dispatcher told me I was pretty far out and the tow was going to be expensive if I wanted to go to their shop. Up front and honest from the start. When you are broke down on the side of the road, you don't expect that level of honesty. I went with them anyway and I am glad I did! The driver called to let me know he was on his way and about how long before he arrived. When he arrived, he was professional, friendly and efficient. Good conversation on the way to the shop. Knowing I was out of town and passing through, the driver gave me suggestions for hotels and actually dropped me off at the front door of the hotel! Service like that is hard to find. The next day, the service team jumped right on the problem and got my truck fixed fast and at an amazing price. And this, is the top notch service again. Knowing I was from out of town and with no uber service in town, The driver who had done the service call the night before, picked me up at the hotel and took me to the shop to get my truck. Again, customer service like this is hard to find. If you ever need emergency service or mechanical repair. Don't hesitate to use these guys!!

I didn't actually use their service, but a customer had locked their key fob in their truck. DMH was the only place that answered their phone because it was on the weekend. They responded very quickly and had the truck unlocked in a flash! I'm not sure what they charged or the one on one with the actual customer, but if I have any problems with my truck, I'll be calling DMH first .

Billy was the operator, called on Sunday morning and 40 mins later he was there on site. Under an hour to get my project loaded up and ready to be towed. 10 out of 10 guy.
