If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Car buying is often a very stressful experience but the people at Classic Kia made it the best experience I have ever had. My sales guy Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He was super friendly and I never once felt pressured into decisions. I also want to put in a good word for my finance guy Mike! He helped me get a better deal on my financing and we even made jokes about him coming to our family thanksgiving. When I tell you Matthew and Mike truly feel like family I mean it! If you are even thinking about getting a new vehicle please save yourself time and come straight to this dealership. I got the run around from many other dealerships in the area but I truly believe Classic Kia has made me a customer for life with their outstanding customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Erick in sales was fantastic in helping me secure a 2022 Wolf Gray Telluride SX Prestige. The car sold itself as I've been wanting one since they were first announced but Erick was always quick and knowledgeable in his responses and is just a great guy to work with. Jeremiah in Finance was also amazing - this guy knows what he's doing and probably would've had me out of there in 20 minutes if we weren't having such a good time. Overall, the best and fastest car buying experience I've had to date.

I worked with Stephen to buy my wife a car. He made the process super easy. He kept us on the loop as to where and when the car would arrive. Ali was my salesman! Greeted me at nine thirty a.m. and put me in a car to test drive! He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted and sold me the one on the showroom floor! Made the deal I wanted and turned me over to Jeremiah Justice in finance! Great guy and in no time 11:40 a.m. I was driving my new K-5 home! Second car I've brought from Classic Kia!

Their service department has gone downhill rapidly. When I first purchased a car here they were responsive and offered free car washes. Which was nice because you trust the car wash doing brand new cars. A month ago I had a tire issue and couldn’t get anyone to call me back after several attempts and now they no longer offer car washes. Very disappointed.

Whatever you do, do not buy a car from this dealership. You will be completely ripped off. They are over charging so much that a $22,000 can become a $30,000 car and they're okay with that. There are other dealerships that won't charge that much and will actually help you out. If you have to buy a car from here do not work with Attley, he does not keep his word and all he does is be on his phone while you look at the car and doing a test drive. On the other hand the service department deserves 5 stars, especially Michael. He will explain everything perfectly and help you out the best he can.

Since the car market is crazy right now I put a deposit against a Kia Carnival at Classic Kia Carrolton. I was clearly told by the sales rep that this deposit is refundable if I choose not to buy the car (This is what all other kia dealers offer). A month later when I ask them about the refund policy again they said it is not refundable!Sales rep at CLASSIC KIA CARROLTON are LIARS. They will say anything to get you business but not honor their word later.Their Manager JOHN is even worse. He does not know how to respectfully talk to a woman (My wife had called them) and LIES to your face.1) DO NOT BUY KIA, their cars do not last as good as Toyota/Honda.2) STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

Also props to Mike the financial manager—he was able to get me a great deal on an additional maintenance package and also made this stressful process so much easier.
