Friendly and efficient. Easy in easy out. They have drive thru for the smaller stuff and a scale for the big stuff. Sometimes it gets busy but they get you through. Would recommend them. Been going there since they opened up.

Horrible customer service from office. I have had two situations over the past few years of horrible customer service here 1st where they give you a price for an item per pound and you get there in the price is lower? Refuse to honor price given over phone. Second refuse to buy something you gave a detailed description on the phone 30 minutes prior to showing up.Save yourself the trouble Drive 15 minutes north to Bluegrass recycling.

This place is a joke and not a funny one. We went today and the punk at the scales tried to steal my brass by calling it die cast aluminum. I took my brass and kept it. I went into the office and told them about it and the old wretch at the counter was rude as can be. Yes i did get an attitude right back. I'm not one of the local druggies stealing and scrapping. I know my scrap metals well as I've been doing this for 30 years. My family has scrapped metals sonce the depression era. They called kenton county cops on me and refused to pay me after taking my receipt for cans which was off. These turds are stinking up the bowl for all us good folks. People need to be aware of businesses like this. I even verified it is all brass when i got home. Brass and aluminum look NOTHING alike. All the brass i took is 'yellow' on the inside (which means brass, definitely not aluminium) and was NOT die cast aluminum. BE WARNED.

Went to scrap some metal the guy told me we had to pay them 15 dollars to take metal. This place is a joke.

Well I just got robbed!! A load that I would normally get 120 or so for the gave me 37 dollars for!! I will never do business there again!!
