TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY! I was wanting an older Toyota Corolla with low miles and came across Tipton's. They had two that looked really great with lots of photos. I liked the initial response from the company, so I decided it was worth the drive to check them out. I was greeted by Cyle and was happy to find they were exactly as pictured, clean and well-maintained! I test drove both and decided on the '06 (only 69K) but wanted to get a used car inspection, which they were completely agreeable to.Everything checked out and I feel for what I paid, this was a great deal. Since I was shopping alone without my husband, I truly appreciated that I was not treated in a condescending way, like so many other car places I have been to in the past. I was going to go into detail about our experience, however, I'm going to keep it simple. We dealt with Cyle and he was honest about the car, what work they completed and what it still may need. Answered every question I had honestly and when we left we felt like we purchased a solid car for a great price. It was easy working with them, they took the current mask and social distance orders seriously and if / when we need another vehicle we will definitely check them out.

I was looking for a car for my mother and found a car from Tipton's we liked so we decided to check it out. When buying used I typically prefer to look at vehicles from private owners, but the reviews were good and was priced reasonably. After calling I was told up front all of the minor issues related to the vehicle and was welcomed to have my local mechanic do a thorough check. After everything came up good with my mechanic minus the minor issues shared on the call, we decided to make the purchase. Kyle made the whole process from inquiry to purchase smooth and easy and I was also pleased that Covid 19 safety measures were taken seriously, especially since my mother has an autoimmune deficiency. If/when the need for another used vehicle comes up, I'll gladly consider Tipton's again before looking elsewhere.

I put a deposit down of 900 dollars . Only to not get a car. But the ppl there tried to help me out regardless. Tried to help me find a loan and even extended the time for me to get the money. I wasn't able to get it on time was not refunded. But that was my fault and a lesson well learned . Overall good customer service and a respectful company.

I had a great experience working with Cyle while shopping for a used car for my little sister. We have been car shopping for several months and dealing with dealerships who consistently use false advertising and aggressive sales tactics to make a sale. Cyle was nothing of the sort, he was very patient with the process and never once made us feel uncomfortable. Most of all he was honest about everything! I will definitely check with this business first before making any future car purchases. If you’re in the market for a used car definitely check them out! 10/10; highly recommend.

Awesome place to buy from. Very nice folks to do business with. Very reliable vehicles. I bought a truck from Tipton's in 2017 (still own) it's been one of the best I've owned. Besides regular maintenance oil changes and breaks, I've not had any issues with it. This truck had high miles when I bought it and I was a little skeptical, but I now know that Tipton's really checks out these cars/trucks before they sell them to the public. So if you see something with high miles you can rest a little easier knowing that there is still plenty of life left in the car or truck

Cyle was awesome helping me find the perfect low mileage car for my girlfriend. Car was squeaky clean when we came to pick it up and has been wonderful so far. Would highly suggest working with Tipton's!

I’ve bought two cars in my life and both from Tipton’s. Bought a car in 2011 and another in 2017. Both were quality used cars but most important they are quality people. Very informative and transparent about each vehicle they have sold to me. Will most likely buy my third vehicle from them in the future.
