Looking for people that have had a bad experience. This needs to be a class act lawsuit. Every car that's brought there has been a part of thievery. Something has to be done when people have a collision and have had their things left to be taken by someone else later. I believe this is a real problem and no one is doing anything to stop it. May be an insurance fraud lot. Don't send your stuff there if you haven't cleared personal items first. They will be stolen.

They implemented the worst system ever, the system mainly affects the drivers. It’s a failure!!! You get to load 9 cars and one that was not pay for at the time of your appt but later and they won’t load you because of their new system, even though they can override as a courtesy. Zero help from the head manager. They just don't help drivers, they will make you wait till the following day to load one unit, even though you loaded and have been presently there the whole day, making you spend diesel and a very bad time because there are no truck stop anywhere close by, just to make an extra money on storage.

After deciding to do retain my car they deemed as totaled my car Title magically disappeared and they never received it....but had it the day before (as shown in their own portal) and mail tracking showed as delivered.

I am beyond disappointed and sad after leaving this place today. I bid on a vehicle, my bid was sole based on the information posted in their website as well as the pictures they had listed of the car. I rented a uhaul trailer, drove 7 hours to pick up my car. Once the forklift operator brought my car, it was missing the wheels and tires that it had in the pictures. I totally understand they were aftermarket wheels but the pictures should had never been taken with parts that did not come with the vehicle.

After insurance company had my car towed here after a wreck, they did more damage to my vehicle causing insurance to total it out. Then when I go to get my belongings out of car, there was things stolen out of it. When confronted about it, they put the blame on the impound lot they moved it from when I know for a fact that the belongings was in vehicle when it left the impound lot. Don’t ever use this place again they will mess up your vehicle more than a wreck does & will steal your belongings.

Set up an account and pay the $99 fee, provide my driver license as requested, drive 35 plus miles to look at a vehicle that’s not even at that lot, I decided to risk and bid on the vehicle, I place a deposit and when I started bidding on the vehicle my account was suspended and I was locked out, I contacted the local COPART as per the email and they said I had to send in something to verify my residency online but I am locked out of my account. I was transferred to member services and I wanted them to email the link or email I needed to send in the information was told they could not and I just needed to email my information to a provided email. I was told my address could not be verified but yet my account was activated where I could place bids. My DL and bank account have my current and correct address. I have since requested a full refund and wish to longer do business with this company. Very difficult to do business with, don’t approve and account if you think something is wrong. Now you have $1,599 of my money and I better get it back soon.

Poor customer support. I was talking to the regional manager Jim for the area to see if a head gasket on a truck which is a very easy thing to look for was cracked, and he sent this. And never replied after

My car was towed to Coparts lot by someone THEY hired for a assessment on my car after a wreck, and my belongings were stolen, then they tried to cover their tracks by saying, the Tow truck driver signed a statement, saying that he only went in the car to zip tie the keys to the steering wheel. But on the recorded line of girl named kristen there, said that She looked at their pictures or video footage, and the trunk of my car was open ( it wasn’t affected by the wreck) now they’re trying to give me the runaround when all I want is my belongings back.

Drove 3.5 hours to view item we are bidding on. Had to check in online and wait 15 mins and then was told my children couldn’t go in and I’d have to wait 30-60 minutes since they’re short-staffed. They told me that I would have to wait inside for that time as they would not call/text me. Terrible customer service.

Paul the new manager knows customer service ! Try it now!!

Called when I was headed there to pick up personal items from wrecked vehicle. Had the lot # and asked could I go ahead and give them the info so they could be moving my vehicle for me to get my items. Was told I would have to wait to check in once there. Used the required QR code to check in per covid 19 policy. Said my wait time was 6 minutes and it was 10:10am. Got a text notification at 10:33 that a rep was ready to assist me and come inside. Went inside and stood for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. Finally at 10:53 was helped and then …BIG SHOCK… I had to wait for someone in the yard to bring it up. Customer service and compassion for those who are utilizing their business at a stressful time was completely missing. Hope to never have to utilize them again.
- mmichelle brown
They misrepresent the vehicles they sell there. I purchased a vehicle that was labeled run and drive but there was no way possible for them to have tested if it even starts up because of all the broken parts on it

Horrific office customer services.. will let u sat at desk waiting for help 15 min before one person will say sir someone will be with you or anything. Then u say um hello, they ignores u ... Sad customer service

I warn you that the office staff are rude. They are not helpful at all. I don't know about other Copart locations but the Conway (Little Rock) location has horrible office customer service. I went with my husband which has an account. I did not. So we were prepared to pay the $25 for a guest fee for my visit. The website says you must wear a safety vest. As of 6-22-21 the Copart website does not say you must provide your own. Maybe we should have not assumed that they provide a vest but Copart shouldn't assume that we should know that they don't provide one either. So they had some left over from when they did give them away ( a guy on the lot told me later) and sold us some for $5 each. Ok. So we are at $25 for a guest fee + $5 vest+$5 vest= $35......right? Nope, I was told its only $20 for the guest fee. So we are at $30. I hand over my debit card. She says oh I can only take cash. ( Sounds shady) .....Lets stop right there. You can only take cash? I am pretty sure you are the biggest auto auction in the world and oh yea there was a credit card machine right in front of me. Despite all that we are told to go to an ATM down the road. Reluctantly we do just that. We return with cash in hand and now we are told its $35 by another "lady". It seems it is a $25 fee just like I thought despite the other "lady" saying it was $20. So I hand her 2 twenties. Now she says "do you have exact change". WOW. So I recap all the B.S. it had took for me to enter this yard. She didn't seem to like that. I wasn't yelling but firmly stating the facts. We paid the amount to just be done with it. I needed a question or 2 to be answered but I was so flustered I forgot and just tried to figure it out on my own. I come across another customer outside that had some very not nice things to say about them as well. He approached us not the other way around. So it must happen a lot and he seem to be a big money spender. So there rude to the rich and poor alike. The man (employee) on the lot later I approached was very nice and very helpful. He explained things the office did not like you are only allowed to visit cars from 8-noon on Mondays. It was a Monday and we arrived at roughly 11:30am. By the way we talked to that guy after 1 pm. So why were we allowed to even be out there after 1 p.m. . So rules are important on some things but not others. I cant stand incompetence at a workplace. I don't know if this is how it is at every Copart lot or just Conway. Is it a problem on a corporate level or bad local management. I don't know. What I do know is the staff needs retraining and the WEBSITE NEEDS UPDATED. I put this review online not to complain but I want fellow future Copart customers to know what to possibly expect and hopefully a change for the better. ..................................The following is a copy and paste from the Copart website as of 6-22-21 . Nothing about times to visit or to bring YOUR OWN VEST. What are the Copart guidelines to follow when visiting a location? When visiting a Copart facility to inspect a vehicle in person, be sure to follow these guidelines to ensure a safe visit: 1. Always be aware of loaders and heavy equipment operating. 2. Safety vests and closed-toe shoes are required at all times. 3. Buyers are allowed in designed sale rows only. 4. Inspection is limited to vehicles currently listed for sale. 5. Tools of any kind, including diagnostic code readers, are not allowed in the yard. See a staff member if you need assistance with a vehicle. 6. As a safety precaution, please do not attempt to start a vehicle without a Copart employee. 7. Vehicles cannot be test driven.

My car was transferred there for assessment after a wreck. My spare tire and trunk liner board were stolen. They denied it to me and my insurance company. Do not use this company. Be sure your insurance policy does not require it go there for accident assessment.
- JJoanne Brock
Terrible place. Only gave one star because I could not give 0 stars. They were supposed to be looking at my daughters car to determine if the insurance company was going to total it out. The car was there for 3 weeks before they even looked at it. When the car was finally returned it was completely trashed. The seat covers were pulled off and thrown all over the place, a container of laundry detergent in the back was spread all over the place, carpets were moldy, dipstick was missing and the license plate was removed. I'm sure they thought it was fine because she was just a 20 year old girl but this is completely ridiculous and unacceptable

Horrible customer service as well as management!!!! Contacted about a wrecked vehicle was talked to like a child and poorly handled. Dont recommend at all. Sad that we have to be treated this way. Was told by manager that i have 90 cars to be picked up and Im not calling 90 people when time or date changes. Just sad. They should fix this, explains why they have such bad reviews. All bad customer service, owner needs to check into that.
- RRaina Hiett
sold my car to them and within a week they lost my title. when i called up there again after another week they had the wrong title on file. i had to fill out another affidavit and then they sent the check that day. supposed to be overnight shipping. a week later i call to see where my check is and they sent it to the complete wrong address! just ridiculous. i should've had my check weeks ago!!!
- JJamie Toombs
So upset with this company and their fraudulent paperwork that their employee managed to scramble together. When your company is supposed to tow and store that's what is supposed to happen. Can't believe my son have been robbed of his medications and my families miscellaneous items. I will never use this company again and I hope this doesn't go unresolved or happens to another soul. Very very very disappointed and upset. A tow well done.
- SShantell
I called and the lady that answered the phone didn't even let me finish my sentence before she started speaking. No matter if you can help me at the time or not, please be respectful enough to allow me to finish speaking. It's called good customer service.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! So much for southern charm! Bought a truck at their auction, and was told directly from a manager, that it would be loaded on the truck for transport. BUT when it came down to it, they would not load it, saying they do not load any vehicles over 10,000 LBS which is fine because the vehicle was 7,200 LBS, after being on the phone with the young woman named Morgan for over 46 mins, arguing this fact back and forth. I had to direct her on how to search for my vehicles' weight, THEN she puts me on hold, and comes back with "oh it has a flat bed on the back, thats why!" with a terse, matter of factly attitude that she wore as proud as a badge, and this while the transport truck was there for pick up. And at first they told us there was no storage fees, then magically contacted 3 weeks later when the deposit was gone. Please bear in mind, that having anything picked up in Arkansas is a challenge.... and be prepared to deal with low grade customer service, and them being proud of it. They treat you like a drive thru.... they don't care, once they got their money, they just want to siphon more out of you....
- OOkey Mba
Copart has a lot of negative image so I went there expecting the worst. The staff were actually nice and helpful and there were no hostilities. Only grudge is a bit of deception with the car I bought. Both curtain airbags had deployed but the cleverly hid one side so o thought I would only have to buy one curtain airbag. I let it go though but I feel the need to write this
- SShane Hirvi
Eh it's copart--the Tulsa location is my favorite. Most locations, including this one, have you waiting around for a driver at the fence opening trying to flag down a forklift driver. Now what other place where you spend thousands and thousands of dollars has customer service where you have to flag down people to help you with your purchase? Tulsa does a better job and all they do is to radio out to the operators and they come to your vehicle with your vehicles. They even have a sign saying not to wait by the gate.
- MMarshall Byford
Be aware... I was charged an unbelievable 23 percent buyers fee... Legally they could charge me this because they hide there buyers fees vey well in there disclosure. This is unheard of for a buyers fee in the auction industry....
- EEddie Johnson
Do not believe the title is clean on these vehicles. Bought 2012 chevy cruze with clean tittle supposedly. Paid to have vehicle shipped from conway ar to olivebranch ms only to recieve vehicle with salvaged title. They told me to return vehicle to nearest copart and told me i will just loose the 300$ shipping fee even though it was their mistake. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING COPART SAYS OR POST ON THEIR AUCTION SITES.

very friendly. good service

The women in the office are full of attitude. 3 of them are genuinely nice and keep the office running, the rest are there for an easy check.
- EElijah Burns
It was so hard. Being Being the first time checking in. It was a bad experience. The yard guy was helpful helpful. He should run the Office.
- SSteve Wells
This place is full of thieves. They stole my ray ban sunglasses from my vehicle after they stated they would ship them to me. I called to complain and the woman who answered just hung up on me. Really bad customer service and they steal from people.
