My truck was sent there for insurance adjuster to look at when we got the truck back it was beat up worse then when it left some how starter was smashed and front bumper was all smashed up .when it was taken it only had one small spot that had a scratch if your insurance company says its going there don't let it go

went to Copart website I won 2 shipping containers in their online auction and on the website no where it says they will not load shipping containers cuz I looked on YouTube they have a video loading on 18-wheeler trailer onto a Parsons 1ton truck and flatbed trailer. I didn't have a trailer to haul them so I drove to Houston Texas purchased a trailer for $6,500 to transport them back with I rented equipment here in home town for $1,500 to unload them when I got home so I arrive at Copart on Monday to pick up my containers and they said they would not load them with their forklifts they could only lift 2500 lb well I sit there and watch them load hundreds of cars on trailers in the average car today weighs 3500 lb Plus they loaded a Dodge 1 ton on a on a truck which is what I drive and it weighs close to 9000 lb I asked for a refund on my money they told me no I had to hire my own equipment to load it so I drove back to homeI called around Mesquite Texas and found a forklift that would deliver to the yard unload I could load my containers and then they would come back and pick it up what you going to be another $1,000 so I called back up there and they told me that I could not have forklifts on their yard I need to hire a crane I don't have the money to hire crane I'm on disability limited income I have emailed the regional manager and I told him that I was going to get a lawyer and unless they refund me my 1450 for the shipping containers and he told me that I was now blocked from their website I was not able to bid no more so they now I can't use my hundred dollar membership fee towards the website and they still have my $400 deposit I put up to buy the containers and they're charging me $10 a day storage fee if it would have been stated on their website that they did not load are there in those YouTube videos and loading big diesel trailers on the trucks I would have not purchased these cuz I have no way of loading them I told them I would eat the cost of on my end just to refund my 1450 cuz they can resell them on their website
