I called this number to discuss a bid i have won and am ready to pick up. I get a lady named Gina who is very unacceptable for business. I am new to the copart and doing business with my cousin so we have a shared account. She was refusing to discuss anything to me because my name was not on the account, which i understand, BUT after getting denied answers, i ask how to add another authorized user to a account and was ALSO denied answers. Said she had no supervisor for me to talk to and did NOT care to help me in anyway. She was sounded like i was bothering her and she had a series to get caught up on. This call was just DISGUSTING, to think that someone is calling for help, and you can't even guide them in the right direction?

I have been to multiple locations and anytime you walk in someone acknowledges you. This location was there forever and had people come in after me get helped and apparently if you are a regular you get helped faster. Very rude and unprofessional. Someone needs to clean house of office staff and teach some common courtesy and respect

The staff were nice but I had to come back times to pick up my Honda. Very busy establishment but I am pretty sure the next buy will go a lot smoother. Sold this car last week so all good and I appreciate them!!
