    If could post no stars .. This is the worst copart I ever been to . Customer services by far the worst and everyone just has a attitude. Not welcoming at all . Definitely needs improvement like the other facilities. I suggest corporate to go to a sit in and experience the services.

    Bought my first vehicle from this location today. Read the reviews and prepared for the worst. I had a great experience, the lady at front helped walk me through using the app for next time. Showed me other tips and tricks to navigate easier. Just amazingly helpful. The manager let me pick up the vehicle even though I didn't follow correct steps, my own fault. They went above and beyond. When the operator brought my car out he was also super nice and helpful. All around amazing experience.

    The staff were nice but I had to come back ✌🏼times to pick up my Honda. Very busy establishment but I am pretty sure the next buy will go a lot smoother. Sold this car last week so all good and I appreciate them!! 😁💲

    COPART NEW ORLEANS HAS CREATED A SCAM TO CHARGE ITS MEMBERS!!! I have been dealing with Copart for 10yrs now, from Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama Georgia! I can officially say these past two weeks have been my worst experience with the New Orleans lot ever since I’ve purchased and sold with Copart!!! I purchased a vehicle listed with keys, picture shows keys in the vehicle, upon pick up keys have be stolen!! Rude customer service says this happens a lot and oh well there’s nothing that can be done, I shouldn’t have bought it with no keys!!! Then says I’m to busy to find your title come back another time to get it!!!! Secondly!!!!! How/why is it possible to charge for storage two days after auction, start storage fees on a Saturday when you’re not open, charge for Saturday and Sunday!! I have to schedule an appointment to pick up my lot but no days are available for 4 days for pick but I’m being charged for storage because you have no available pick up times!! Rude customer service tells me it goes up $5 per day but is wrong because it doubles everyday it’s not picked up!! Something has to change. I’ve never had these issues with New Orleans lot!!

    If there was -1000 star option. This place deserves that. I spent 4 hours in the queue and when my queue came, they said Copart changed policy and I couldn’t pay for my vehicle. 4 other people spent the whole day with the same problem. Instead of putting new policy info on the door they just tell you that in person. Want to pay, pick up title or anything else? Good luck. Employees are so slow, it takes them 45 min to accept payment and give the title out to ONE PERSON! they are just walking around slowly from room to another, pretend they are busy. 25 people in line and one one person working (super slow). That’s the major issue at Copart, but this location is worst of the worst! Prepare to spend your whole day here

    I was fairly happy with the buying process and pick up at this place . Was a little nervous how it was going to go after reading the reviews. I scheduled pick up 5 days ahead of time and drove over 13 hrs hoping it would all work out . Thankfully I only waited like 25 minutes or so in the office and then maybe another 15 in the yard and then a very nice gentleman drove my truck out to me . He was definitely the nicest person I talked to at copart but the others were ok and I got what I bid on . It was actually almost better than I’d expected but I’ve done this quite a few times and always plan on the worst so don’t get your expectations to high if you haven’t looked at the vehicle in person . So far no complaints about copart New Orleans

    I gave copart 1 star because Google won’t let me give ZERO stars. The people that work there will run you around chasing your paper work tail then when everything is approved and the wrecker shows up, there’s more problems. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE IDIOTS !

    This is the worst Copart. The document to pick up the car from the lot took an hour to make, although it could have been done in 10 minutes. That fat pig of a manager was walking around and ignoring me as if I didn't exist, and apparently, to avoid feeling ashamed for being a fat pig, she hired a similarly awful staff. As a result of this fat, stupid pig, we were late to the lot and couldn't pick up the car. Now we'll have to wait an extra day at the truck stop all because Copart hired this dumb, fat pig.

    Horrible customer service, I went in to retrieve personal items from my damaged vehicle on my lunch break and the staff moves extremely slow. Directions to sign in to be assists is not clear, and the one particular staff member was extremely rude.

    trying to charge me an exorbitant price for "storing" a car they were supposed to have destroyed a very long time ago. the condition of that car isn't even correctly documented in the letter they sent, so clearly they aren't even making an attempt at keeping proper records

    Lost my title then charged me $150 to get a new copy. Lousy firm, lousy service. No principles. Watch them like a hawk if you're forced to deal with them.

    Whats the point for have a appointment???? Drove 7 hours from GA to be here waiting 2 hours now for a loud out, been here at the parking lot with my trailer and I’m the only trailer here!!!! Ridiculous, all the other Coparts i been to has not been like this.

    The worst experience so incapable they can’t even find a title from a glove box and had the audacity to say we could come and look for it when their title company is the one who needed it. Something that should have taken a day has taken a week. If your insurance even mentions them I’d beg to steer away. Update the only reason I’m updating my review is because Jennifer and Makita were very helpful and kind, found my title and scanned it in promptly.

    Used cars salvage Auction..some cars have clean title...salvage .....and destructed title....cars sale for fair price but copart fee's is where it gets you....I'm ok with paying it but any one new looking to buy cars from here just know they're high fee's...if you win the car...and change your mind..your money isn't refundable..they will charge you a relisting fee' of $600..if it's not payed..your account is suspended...

    Our car was towed here after it was totaled. He came to grab belonging from his car and grab the license plate and they literally had to haul the car to the front. It took hours and hours. Beyond that the employees were extremely rude. Also for everyone that is waiting there for hours they have a nasty out door portapotty. I understand that some things take time, and that some things are just protocol but the employees were also needlessly rude.

    Incredibly rude employees at the front counter. They cancelled my appointment for pick up and I showed up to pick up a day ahead of the appointment on accident. No one is in the parking lot getting loaded and they’re going to send me back empty handed to come back tomorrow?? I don’t understand why Copart is the way it is. They’re terrible. I bought the car a week ago and they’re 5 days booked out on appointments but yet this is the parking lot. Greenwell Springs and now New Orleans are on my list to not buy from. Worst two locations I’ve ever been to.

    This place is the worse place ever ! I was sent down here from Oklahoma to pick up a truck and then they told me that I have to sit and wait until Monday because there wasn't a appointment made . My boss said he spoke to them on Wednesday and told them that I was on my way and they gave him a gate pass so he thought that was his appointment but instead it wasn't. It was just a pass to get into the gate . First thing in the morning I came inside and did their computer stuff for a 9:30 appointment and and thought I was good but instead that was just a appointment for the front desk . So I had to make another appointment for the release of the vehicle and that couldn't be done until Monday. Let's not forget how rude these ladies are in the office treating everyone like they are below them . I will never come by here again and I would extremely recommend that if you don't have to then DONT!!!

    the rudest and laziest counter personnel at this location that i have ever seen... No, I will not download your app just to make an appointment to ask a question . No, I will not stay on hold on the phone for 10+ minutes while I am standing in your own lobby.... I will take my business to IAA instead

    Sold my camry to them, followed their little picture info pamphlet on how to set the title up for them for them to tell me the lady notarized it wrong /signed in the wrong place and now the title needs verifying. It took nearly a month to get the car picked up because again as other complained you can't schedule pick up you just have to be able to sit on your hands all day (for up to 2 days)until they show up and pick up the car sometimes with notice sometimes without. The Staff were nice but the whole ordeal was a giant pain in the behind. Because someone has to be there for the.title and keys hand off

    This place has been the same way for years. Short of staff, takes forever to get your vehicle or view a vehicle especially on Fridays. When you want to see a car, you don't know where it is, it is a hassle to find. Need to develop an app to find vehicles easier.

    Was never informed about making appointments to pickup a vehicle, app or the Copart website never mentioned appointments, simply just said title is ready for pickup. Don’t waste your time to go pickup if you haven’t made an appointment. Also you CANT set a appointment if they’re closed, so by the time they are open, ALL THE SLOTS ARE FILLED and you won’t be able to make an appointment unless it’s days in advance making the storage just rack on up. UPDATE- Got my vehicle delivered and the Copart location messed up my Power Of Attorney paper and now I gotta spend more time because of this Coparts carelessness. They also never pick up the phone if you call, what good is there to say about this place?

    Wish there was a negative star option. Agreed to have my truck picked up and brought to copart on friday to get an ESTIMATE from progressive for the damage done to my truck waited for hours no call no show never heard anything from them. I made sure before hand to tell them they were not allowed on my property i would bring the truck to them by our gate by the highway. Waited for 2 days never heard anything from them. Monday they showed up without telling me until they were at my house when no one was home. Texted me saying there were there and i told them they couldn’t take the truck and asked to reschedule bc no one was home. Instead they did the opposite and trespassed onto my property when I specifically said not to and took my truck when i said they couldnt. All that just to find out i probably wont be getting my truck back from them.

    They are in bad need of a Spanish speaking employee and a monitor that displays a que of who’s in process and who is up next. The texting system is cool for sure but you have no idea of where you are in the process. The process to do is clear as mud. Patrons don’t know what they don’t know. My second time there to pick up a car. This is only better because I got a text. I was standing in front of who I needed to be in and she called my name out loud.

    Not Too Happy. I’ve Purchased Vehicles Within The Last Year And I Return Today And Had No Idea You Now Have To Pay For Vest And They Dont Loan Out Jump Boxes. I Drove 2 Hours For A Huge Inconvenience And I Waited Almost An Hour Before Someone Finally Guided Me Where To Go To Look At The Vehicles

    I couldn't rate any lower than 1 star. What a Joke! 1 of the worst Coparts I've been to. Make your (appointment) go check in at the lot then go do some errands and come back maybe they will be ready to pull your vechicle. I arrived for an 8:00 appointment and waited for 2 hours. But if you are 15 minutes late you have to reschedule your appointment. Save your money and go to a local company were you will be treated as a customer. Oh some of the office staff are very nice people.

    Overall Copart is great! The New Orleans staff definetely needs customer training ASAP! All for ladies let people wait forever… no one cares! Only the manager seems to make a good job. Hope it‘s better next time…

    I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to talk to India on Tuesday this week. She was so professional, and very polite. She listened to everything I said without interruption, which is seldom found these days, in our hurry up world. Then she chuckled and said "wow, that's a lot", which made me laugh, too. She was able to assist me on "1" call and I believe the assistance she provided is going to help me resolve my issue before the end of this week. Honestly, I thought she was in a lead position because she was so professional, had great customer service skills, and I could tell she knew what she was doing! Give that lady well deserved koodos! Maybe even buy her lunch.

    This place is TERRIBLE! Waited in line for an hour and a half just to get stuff out of my car. A suggestion to improve this place is to have a line for people just getting stuff out their vehicle and one for paperwork, title, etc. (which takes forever!) they are slow! Only 2 people working the desk. Ridiculous
