I have purchased vehicles at this location in the past without incident. However, I have recently sold a vehicle and was called to accept the bid. I approved. I have not received any other calls or mailed check. I call into the location and they suddenly have no record of my vehicle. I contact customer service and they also have no record of my vehicle. It has been 2 months now and I have heard nothing, nor have I received a payment. They require a signed title to be given to them with the buyer line blank. They essentially STOLE MY CAR or just conned me into giving it to them I should say.

I love the way they run things over there. The only thing I didn't like is they should let you know everything up front over the phone so you will know what to expect. Over all it's a nice place.

Great experience . On my first buy I travel aprox 600 miles and got to the copart office in New Orleans 3 minutes after closing time..but they considered myself and took my payment and did the paperwork so I get my vehicle and took it home. By the way it was on Friday. If they weren't so understandable I would have to wait until Monday. Thank you so much. Very appreciated.

Went to pay for a car yesterday and they had a Garden snake in the office lol Don't like the transportation app to pick up cars

The women at the front desk are extremely extremely rude. Was told I would get a text when my paperwork was ready and here comes 5pm still haven’t received the text so I went to go check and they very rudely told me I’m too late and I need to come back tomorrow. I’m a transporter there is no coming back tomorrow. Horrible customer service

I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to talk to India on Tuesday this week. She was so professional, and very polite. She listened to everything I said without interruption, which is seldom found these days, in our hurry up world. Then she chuckled and said "wow, that's a lot", which made me laugh, too. She was able to assist me on "1" call and I believe the assistance she provided is going to help me resolve my issue before the end of this week. Honestly, I thought she was in a lead position because she was so professional, had great customer service skills, and I could tell she knew what she was doing! Give that lady well deserved koodos! Maybe even buy her lunch.

My insurance used Copart when they decided my car was totaled after an accident.Copart called me and asked when they could pick up the car and gave me a 4 hour window.The day before they were supposed to pick it up, I got a call from someone trying to get the vehicle. I said the pick up was scheduled for Wednesday between 1-5 PM, and they hung up.The morning of (at 7:30 AM) I got another call asking to pick it up. I repeated that it was scheduled to be picked up between 1-5 PM, and that I was currently at work. I said I needed to give them the key so they would have to come during the scheduled time frame so I would be home.They decided to pick it up anyways as when I got home at 12:45 PM, the car was gone. I called the office and explained the situation. They confirmed that it was picked up and called me back to say I would have to drop off or mail the key.Now I have to go out of my way to get the key there so insurance can process my claim. There is no reason I should have to waste my time and energy on this when Copart scheduled the time.The person who decided to tow my vehicle after speaking to me is completely unprofessional, and Copart did nothing to rectify the situation. They took the car without my consent.The only positive was the person I spoke to on the phone afterwards. They were understanding and called me back promptly, but unfortunately couldn’t help me.

I was looking a car in the yard, I couldn't find it. Should be more directions to where looking for a car, sings, or any kind help would be fine to find cars quickly!

So slow office people, I waiting for so long , just pick up title , like 2 hours , so slow ((((((!!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
