I’ve paid and ordered delivery , they waited 6 days then they cancelled my delivery after 6 days waiting THEN THEY CHARGED ME STORAGE FOE THESE 6 days omg just a sneaky way to make living . They think their self smart but i will take legal action so they never do that to other people

At 12 pm they all together leave for 40 minutes lunch and as a real baby girls can't do that separately, just cuz they don't want to... So if you have an appointment at 12 here, you'll definitely get your car after 1 pm. For the picture: I was the only one here at 12. It's 12:45 now... Update: they even canceled my appointments probably cuz I was waiting too long for their history. Very nice service. Thanks.

Absolutely the worst managed Copart location I’ve purchased from . And I’ve been dealing with Copart for over 5 years. Absolutely ridiculous. Staff is very unprofessional when asking for clarification on vehicles, giving you the runaround and Management specifically Mike Cassata are of zero help. Multiple purchased cars now listed as run and drive, that are not even close to run and drive, and no it’s not a bad battery. In one case, engine was completely gone. They tried to blame it on the transporter delivering the vehicles. It’s seems as if the management is in on the scam. And after reading multiple reviews on here, many members have gone through similar situations. Im not sure how something like this happens with a company as big as Copart. Copart if someone from head office sees this. I really think you should oversee this location.
