Customer reviews of Copart - Newburgh Sublot in Newburgh, NY
3 stars based on 30 reviews- eeugene volik
Gates supposed to open at 8 for transporters. Yet everyday at this location you stand outside the gate watching as they clean up the lot from the day before. Wouldn’t be a problem except that Copart requires you to make appointments ahead of time and give you a 30 minute window to make those appointments.

At 12 pm they all together leave for 40 minutes lunch and as a real baby girls can't do that separately, just cuz they don't want to...
So if you have an appointment at 12 here, you'll definitely get your car after 1 pm.
For the picture: I was the only one here at 12. It's 12:45 now...
Update: they even canceled my appointments probably cuz I was waiting too long for their history. Very nice service. Thanks.

If. I could give them negative stars I would. Purchased a Nissan Pathfinder that runs and drives. Went to sub lot to. pick it up the fork lift damaged the drive shaft and it fell out. Went to the office to advise them told me I need to email pictures to the manager we said ok. Went back to the sub lot to pick up the second vehicle. They refused to pull it because they said I needed to take the first car they pulled first before they can pull another car for me. Even after. we told. them we will come.back the next day with a tow truck for the pathfinder they still refused to pull it. After a lot of back and forth. They finally pulled the Altima, online the car runs and drives and has two keys. When they pulled the car the doors are locked and no keys. Told them the car is. locked and the workers said they don't have anything to open. the doors. And then proceeded to tell me " How will you get home now". The zip. tie and key ring was around the steering column but no keys. Called the office to adviser the keys are now missing they said they don't guarantee keys even though the pictures show two keys. The office. didn't even advise that they do. have a tool to open the doors! We said ok no problem we will leave both vehichals and come back the following day for both cars. About 20 min of leaving the sub lot I forgot my booster in the pathfinder, pulled into the sub lot and the worker has the doors open to the Altima and is inside my car. When we pulled up we asked if he found the key. he goes yeah inside the middle consul, asked how he got into the car never answered me. Handed me the key and left. Went back the following day for the pathfinder they refused to load the car stating I accused them of damaging my car so they are not loading anything. 3 other transporters came out and helped me push the pathfinder onto the trailer. When I went to the office and explained what was happening MATT the manager didn't even help with the situation. When we told him we have pictures of them inside. the car after. we left he just said send it to him and he will investigate. When we asked what action will be taken he never answered. I have reached out to the Copart corporate office Dallas and waiting call back from the representative.
I attached a picture of the worker leaned up on the car with the doors open as I am pulling into the sub lot after they claimed they have no keys and no tools to open the doors.
