Can’t complain. I heard good things about Lori from previous reviews so when I met her I had a feelings things would go smoothly. Picked up my vehicle. Someone stole the battery but it’s no big deal. I fixed the vehicle the same day I got it for free.

At 12 pm they all together leave for 40 minutes lunch and as a real baby girls can't do that separately, just cuz they don't want to... So if you have an appointment at 12 here, you'll definitely get your car after 1 pm. For the picture: I was the only one here at 12. It's 12:45 now... Update: they even canceled my appointments probably cuz I was waiting too long for their history. Very nice service. Thanks.

If. I could give them negative stars I would. Purchased a Nissan Pathfinder that runs and drives. Went to sub lot to. pick it up the fork lift damaged the drive shaft and it fell out. Went to the office to advise them told me I need to email pictures to the manager we said ok. Went back to the sub lot to pick up the second vehicle. They refused to pull it because they said I needed to take the first car they pulled first before they can pull another car for me. Even after. we told. them we will come.back the next day with a tow truck for the pathfinder they still refused to pull it. After a lot of back and forth. They finally pulled the Altima, online the car runs and drives and has two keys. When they pulled the car the doors are locked and no keys. Told them the car is. locked and the workers said they don't have anything to open. the doors. And then proceeded to tell me " How will you get home now". The zip. tie and key ring was around the steering column but no keys. Called the office to adviser the keys are now missing they said they don't guarantee keys even though the pictures show two keys. The office. didn't even advise that they do. have a tool to open the doors! We said ok no problem we will leave both vehichals and come back the following day for both cars. About 20 min of leaving the sub lot I forgot my booster in the pathfinder, pulled into the sub lot and the worker has the doors open to the Altima and is inside my car. When we pulled up we asked if he found the key. he goes yeah inside the middle consul, asked how he got into the car never answered me. Handed me the key and left. Went back the following day for the pathfinder they refused to load the car stating I accused them of damaging my car so they are not loading anything. 3 other transporters came out and helped me push the pathfinder onto the trailer. When I went to the office and explained what was happening MATT the manager didn't even help with the situation. When we told him we have pictures of them inside. the car after. we left he just said send it to him and he will investigate. When we asked what action will be taken he never answered. I have reached out to the Copart corporate office Dallas and waiting call back from the representative. I attached a picture of the worker leaned up on the car with the doors open as I am pulling into the sub lot after they claimed they have no keys and no tools to open the doors.

Things are running smoothly and seems everyone is happy at the sublot. Lori is truly the main reason for this change. Wish we can have her in both lots at the same time. Great customer service skills and above all a great person. Seems everyone is doing their part. 🙌🏼

Great management and staff, everyone is very helpful and responsible. I thought that I lost a valuable personal item that I forgot to remove from my totaled car, but they promptly worked to find it and returned it to me. Congrats to all for an efficiently run operation!!! AZ

Steer clear of this specific copart location. Full of sketchy dealers reselling cars to make a quick come up. They got me this time. I purchased a "running & driving" 2024 Ford Mustang darkhorse lot #48599314. Well needless to say after spending almost 30 grand on this lot, when the car arrived it had no "PCM" (powertrain control module). Obviously if it wasn't present at the time of check in the vehicle would not run and drive. if it was present at that time, then someone at this lot removed it from the vehicle. Now normally I wouldn't do all this. However, the PCM is a pivotal component to the cars functionality. Either way, this location is okay with sketchy dealers/ employees doing sketchy deals to make a buck. Very disappointed with copart as a whole and specifically this location.

Working with Copart is an absolute negative experince, no one is trying to help, everyone is wasting time, I had an appointment at 3 pm, I arrived at 2.40 pm to pick up a car, at 4.06 they approached to me and said they can no longer load cars after 4pm....crazy. Avoid them!

For stock number 48599314. Run and drive means it has to move under its own power. You stated it did and the car showed up without any power train control. You just stole 30k.

I’m a car hauler driver and want to let every driver let know that Lori Hooper was very helpful at the location. She manages all the pick ups and deliveries and I can say that she is professional!

Sent my brother to pick up a vehicle I purchased from this facility first of all looks like all the forklift operators are a union and don't want to work when I came to loading my car they ended up blowing a tire in front of my brother and another employee they tried to record him and where to put cameras away. when we went to the front office Matt Mercer straight up told us he's not gonna do anything about the situation and its not his problem avoid dealing with this location and the manager as a matter of fact they also damaged the rear bumper but like with the tire its not there problem.

Every time I come to this location I deal directly with Lori at the front desk. She is a wonderful person to deal with and she knows her stuff. Helps me out every single time. No problems. If your buying a car from this location ask for Lori. She will take care of you!

Very rude, unorganized, wait times are unreal, loader operators all have a bad attitude, one fee after another and all are outrageous and out of control, they charge a gate fee to go in and get your car, maybe i will have a helicopter next time to get it out. How a company like Copart stays in business is beyond me..

I've been to several Copart locations and the service I received from lori at the Newburgh location was outstanding compared to the others. I was greeted with a warm welcome from the beginning. She was beyond helpful in assisting me and it was a pleasure to do business with her. I look forward to working with her whenever I'm in Newburgh.

Worst location ever. Brian Robinson “big boss” is good for nothing. All he can do is scam steal and take your money for services he never performed. This place is a dump. Money hungry, treat dealers badly hence we are his bread and butter.

Not a bad experience. Lucky for me, I went on a noncrowded day. Still experienced long wait times but thats because I didnt understand the process. The workers are constantly moving cars from one spot to the next and onto trucks. It is a fast pace moving environment so you have to be assertive and flag the workers down. Do not wait to be helped, try to get their attention or you will be there for a while. Know what you want before getting there. Cell coverage can be spotty at times. Make sure you bring a safety vest and remember to register at the company site.

Stay away. They dont care about buyers. Office staff rude and impossible to communicate with anyone. Dishonest. They will minimize and actively hide car damage so they can sell at higher price and try to sell same car many times to keep making money from auction fees and relist fees and will then blame buyer. They prey upon unsuspecting people. Their business practices need to be investigated.

They are a bunch of thieves. Took all of our personal belongings from our car. Tried to tell me the items werent in the car but my sons AirPods pinged at the lot. They told me they would deal with the insurance company but they have not answered any of the emails the insurance company sent

Im a car hauler, so I deal with auctions everyday. Manheim, IAA, Copart, Adesa etc. Copart is my least favorite to visit because of the mandatory appointments you need to make on your phone at least 24 hours in advance. But THIS copart location is honestly the worst auction I’ve ever been to. I come to this auction 2-4 times a week expecting a different outcome but it’s the same disappointing experience every. single. time. I book 8 am appointments (the earliest you can) to try to get in and get out asap. I usually arrive shortly before 8 am to the transporter lot to a jam packed lot with cars that came in I’m assuming the day before. The forklift operator doesn’t come out to the lot until AFTER 8 and spends at LEAST an hour cleaning up the lot, bringing all those cars in. Every time I come here at 8 I don’t leave until 11am. This is literally everyday. Run from this place

Don't trust copart. Our license plates were stolen off our Nissan Pathfinder when I call to ask copart about this last Tuesday I was told that would get a call back in 24 hours It is not Monday of the following week No one has responded to me so unfortunately we now feel we have to go to the police and file a report for stolen license plates. We know this happened because the license plates are on another car and we got an E-ZPass violation with a picture of our plates. The DMV has no knowledge of the license plate being destroyed despite copart sending us a letter via email telling us the license plates were destroyed. They can't possibly be destroyed if they're on another car a week later and the DMV has no knowledge of this and threatening us with other fines or suspended license. Good luck dealing with the police later today or tomorrow and finding the criminal in your job or maybe your whole company

I drove over an hour to preview two vehicles. I checked on the website and their app to see when the preview times were. Online it says 5pm and when I showed up at 3:45 they said no. I am beyond frustrated. Nowhere does it say anything about preview times ending at 3:30. Terrible coordination and incorrect information being shown. The woman was nice but it doesn’t make this right.
