Absolutely the worst managed Copart location I’ve purchased from . And I’ve been dealing with Copart for over 5 years. Absolutely ridiculous. Staff is very unprofessional when asking for clarification on vehicles, giving you the runaround and Management specifically Mike Cassata are of zero help. Multiple purchased cars now listed as run and drive, that are not even close to run and drive, and no it’s not a bad battery. In one case, engine was completely gone. They tried to blame it on the transporter delivering the vehicles. It’s seems as if the management is in on the scam. And after reading multiple reviews on here, many members have gone through similar situations. Im not sure how something like this happens with a company as big as Copart. Copart if someone from head office sees this. I really think you should oversee this location.

I’ve visited Sublot for tie-offers several times now, and every experience has been disappointing. The manager is extremely unprofessional—rude, condescending, and often raises his voice. The staff here seem completely indifferent to their responsibilities, frequently judging customers instead of helping them. Overall, the service is highly unsatisfactory, and I would advise anyone looking for a smoother experience to consider other options.

I’ve paid and ordered delivery , they waited 6 days then they cancelled my delivery after 6 days waiting THEN THEY CHARGED ME STORAGE FOE THESE 6 days omg just a sneaky way to make living . They think their self smart but i will take legal action so they never do that to other people
