I had a great experience having service work done here. They listened to understand what the issue is with my SUV, and even though they couldn’t solve a software problem with the audio system, provided me with a tech sheet for software updates that I can bring to the dealership.Their personal followup is also a very nice touch you don’t get at a dealship.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my 2011 Subaru in about a month ago to diagnose a misfire. I felt like everyone at Dale Feste went above and beyond during my whole experience. I first sought out Dale Feste because I realized I had a hole in my tire. The last few times I’ve been in to the Toyota dealership that I got my car from, and a Youngstedts, I have felt as though the sales people just wanted me to spend more money on unnecessary services. I went in for an oil change at Youngstedts and they gave me an estimate for literally thousands of dollars of service suggestions. My car is a 2018 Toyota Highlander with under 100k miles. Give me a break.So, my wife mentioned her boss’s husband, Tony, worked at Dale Feste and I decided to give them a try. They patched up my tire in a timely fashion and communicated clearly what the repair would be and how much it would cost. Once finished, I spoke to Jard about my tires in more detail. My Father and I had been arguing over whether I needed new tires. He thought it was ridiculous that I would need them, which my Father-In-Law disagreed on, based on still using the original tires and being at 67,000 miles. I asked Jard’s opinion. He told me it really just depended on how I used the car and how weather impacted the use. When I told him my mileage, that they were the original tires, and I was struggling to come to a complete stop in snow, he laughed and said he didn’t even need to look, and that I needed new tires. But, he did not try to sell me on any. So, as I left, I told him I might be back for tires, to which he told me to just let him know and he would send me some quotes.About a week later I e-mailed him and asked for quotes. Shortly after, I got an email with multiple options at various price points and he even made a point to text me to make sure I saw the email and answered any questions I had over text. Once I made my selection, he got it all scheduled for me and was clear about how long it would take. They threw in a wheel alignment for free and Tony texted me the next week to make sure I was satisfied. The tires are fantastic and my car feels brand new!What I can’t stress enough about this place, and the people who work there, is the level of customer service is where every company should strive to reach. The customer service is AMAZING here!! For anyone like me who is sick and tired of trying to be sold unnecessary services and being taken advantage of because you don’t know a lot about cars, Dale Feste is the automotive shop for you. They will take such good care of you, be completely honest, give you great prices, offer extraordinary communication on your service, and just make you feel appreciated for coming in.
