Rick was so helpful! Our trailer lights stopped working on I-35 and I google’d the closest RV shop. Called and they let us swing by, checked out our situation and fixed it in no time! Charged us $60! We are so grateful!

First off I was told 2 weeks to complete rebuild my tr 3650 transmission. it took over 3 months after telling him I was moving out of state. needless to say he finished it a week before I was moving so I had to leave the car at a family members house and drive back from Colorado to Minnesota to finish putting it in. as soon as I replaced the trans I had to drive back to Colorado an the car grinded going in to 2nd and 3rd gear. I paid $800 to have it rebuilt . I have called and explained to him whats going on and that its in a shop in Colorado getting the transmission REBUILT YET AGAIN! He told me he would look into what parts he installed and would return my call. I talked to him twice and both times he was "too busy" to look what parts he used. the shop that tore my transmission apart said the syncros in second and 3rd are bad and a shift fork was slightly bent.. when I brought the transmission in to be rebuilt the first time there were no issues with my trans but wanted it freshened up since it was pulled for a new clutch. At this point you can see a persons frustration for having these issues, And being told theres no way there were any issue with the trans they built. I would NOT recommend dales tool auto & rv. the wait was horrible and after telling them the issue they get mad at me because I didn't bring it to them to be fixed.. maybe if it was done with in the two weeks he said I would be I would have found the issue and brought it back to him. but he waited till the last week till I moved to Colorado and he expected me to bring it back to him when I only had a weekend to get a ride to Minnesota and finish replacing the trans then drive back to Colorado. I also called again about the problem and was continued to be ask why I didn't bring it back. for 1 they are closed on weekends ( no way for me to bring it back) for 2 I had to be back Monday morning for work.

Just had our RV in for new king pins and new front tires put on. Rick did an amazing job and the motor home never handled this well on the road ever before.

$440.00 to replace 1 Brake-line on a MiniVan!!!! I would never take another vehicle there, and I would NOT recommend!
