Tow truck driver came out to pull out a car from out a snow ditch and was rude to us. We called the office to complain and the owner Mike was also rude and didn't have time to listen to us. I would recommend somebody else.

Got stuck in the Mills Fleet farms gas station in Cambridge, MN. My car for some reason the shift gear won't work been acting up lately so I decided to call the towing truck and bring it to auto shop. Mike's towing company has the availability and came in less than 30 mins. For some reason my car start up again and he told me to drive back to where I wanted to bring in and won't charge me anything.I was so happy because His very professional and friendly. I do highly recommend him. We been using his business twice now and we gonna use it again in the future.

Had a very bad experience turned into something very positive and easy.Our driver was amazing from the time I placed the call for help to the time he dropped us off for repair. He made sure my 4 kids were safe in his truck before doing anything else. Called a few places to see who could get our car fixed right away and made sure that we were safe and didn't need anything else before leaving us. Greatest tow service I've ever had. Was on my way to the Lake hauling my fish house and swerved off the road due to icy conditions. Slid sideways into the ditch, called Mike's towing he was there in 20 minutes and back on the road in ten minutes. Mike was super friendly and professional. A real bs kind of guy. Mike was super helpful! I mistakenly locked my keys in my truck and gave Mike a call. He was super nice and let me know that he would be on his way immediately and would call when he was close. He was here in under 30 minutes and got my truck unlocked fast. If you need a tow or an unlock, give Mike a call! You will not be disappointed!

I unexpectedly got a flat tire five minutes into a 1.5 hour drive on a Friday night. Mike’s was the only open business in the area. Mike answered the phone right away, volunteering to help me however he could; looked at my tire, helped me with the donut, making sure it was stable to drive 70+ miles on, giving astute advice on what to do and what not to do (I know little about vehicles). Hands down the best service I have ever received from any towing/tire business! I would recommend Mike’s Towing to anyone!

Mike got out of bed at midnight to tow us down to the Cities when no one else in the area would. He went above and beyond to help us out, twice. Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience, Mike is a great guy who is very capable and truly kind. Though we hope to never need his help again, he will be our first call if we do!
