Stranded here on a family trip, needed code red on our Honda. Charged $35 to read codes while complaining the whole time how he didn't have time but he'd squeeze it in anyway. Every minute felt like I was the greatest inconvenience to him. He did read the codes but still stranded, limped across the street, not good, but happy to not be in his way. I think I caught Jerry at a busy time, he's probably a fine guy, just no time to help today and made it very clear he had no time.

I had some techs working in the area and they had some car trouble on the drive there. Called Jerry...he looked at it right away and was able to help us out in a bind. Thanks!!

During a trip back home one of my tires blew out, so I pulled off for some help. I stopped at the closest repair shop which was Jerry's, and I am now wishing I hadn't. He was very short when communicating and seemed uninterested in helping. I decided to take my business down the road instead, as they were able to fix my tires the same day rather three days later. He however still charged me for parking in his lot even though he had done nothing to service my car. He made a frustrating situation even worse. I now see why there are other one star ratings for this auto shop.

Had brake trouble on the way to Duluth. Called him from the freeway at 3:15 pm on a Friday and he got us in, fixed the brake issue and had us back on the road before 6:00 pm. Great service! Thank you!

After a blunt and discourteous interaction with Jerry at his shop, we removed our car across the street to the large empty parking lot at Chuckers Bowl and Lounge. My husband popped the hood and we secured parts and tools to do a quick job ourselves to get it running. I walked to Chuckers door to make sure it was okay to park there and it was closed "except by appointment." We started to walk into town while we waited for our supplies when Jerry came out of his shop and shouted, "what are you doing with that car?" We explained the situation and he said, "well I own that lot too!" !!!!! We told him that we have tried to notify the bowling alley and had no way of knowing it belonged to him. It wasn't enough for him to be difficult with us in our troubles but he had to chase us down across the street as well. Yikes!

I thought people in small towns are supposed to be nice. Nope, not all of them, lol. Read @ Graham Nelson and @ Kim Nelson's reviews for details. I'm also leaving a review because he deserves another one star.

Jerry hooked me up after hours and got me back on the road. Nice guy and great service!
