Unprofessional staff employees not knowing their policy I got a part from them and someone said I can get a refund and another person said I couldn’t so I ship it back because the part didn’t work for my car and the part was $185 and I just spoke to the manager he said their shipping it back to me but I’m not understanding why ship it back to me if it doesn’t work and giving me 20 dollars back for the mixup I will never go to them again BAD COMMUNICATION also they took my card number making it seem like I’m getting a refund back and I’m not getting my $185 back only $20
