    Park Rapids Auto did my transmission, they took a little longer than they planned, and they must have had a lot of work to get to because they didn't do all of the work that was quoted, but they did a good job and said to come back and they'd follow thru with the work. My van is still running great!

    The best service ever! I am happy to say that the people that work there are very honest and very trustworthy. Had my rotors, tires and an oil change and all the parts and service were done with quality parts that is reasonably priced! Thank you Steve Boyd and Haley Jones for all the hard work and honesty you provided me with, I will not take my cars any where else. :)

    Steve and his wife are terrific! Haley, a family member, came out to our house, immediately, to help with a problem we were having with our car. They went above and beyond to help with a u-haul problem I had on a trip to Ohio. They will always have our business! Great experiences!!

    Put shocks in upside down and wrong sized bolts. Have to pay someone else to do job properly. They won't compensate. Service: Steering & suspension repair

    Always very punctual and they only charge for what they do. Very trustworthy especially for a woman. They broke one of my sensors, but told me about it and replaced it. Services: Tires, Oil change

    I rented a couple U haul trailers here. They are good with coustomers! I feel they loose customers due to the condition of their facility, it looks scary for real!
