Don't go here expecting that same old dealership treatment, they definitely go out of their way to make sure you get what you want. Completely worked with me as I work long hours. I sleep in the day since I work nights and they asked when I sleep as they could call me when I was up as not to disturb. My salesman Harry was absolutely the best in professionalism and honesty. He kept it real and wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable with the vehicle I got. Matt in finance really helped me by explaining every question I had and I probably asked twice. Drove up Dorsey Jones from Shawnee which is an hour away because it was the only dealership with the vehicle I loved! Drove on to the lot by the car and was met by Crystal shortly thereafter. We all hopped in the car and took it for a test drive! Crystal made the process super easy and not stressful at all! I didn’t have to spend all day at a dealership arguing and trying to get the right price! Great process and dealership! Would definitely by another vehicle from Crystal and Dorsey Jones!

After dealing with storm damage that totaled our vehicles, we found ourselves having to purchase two vehicles in short order. The first we purchased at a dealership in the metro, and lost two days of just waiting...waiting for the finance department, detailing (twice and it was was worse each time), waiting for tint that was supposed to take 1/2 hours (took 4 hours). We dreaded going through the process again, getting the runaround on pricing, prices being raised thousands of dollars off of advertised because "the market calls for it", etc. Dorsey-Jones Buick GMC was at the opposite end of the spectrum. They took us from never wanting to step foot on another car dealership, to being so overjoyed with the purchase process. They were helpful, honest, upfront, and didn't drag their heels. We were in and out quickly with a new car for my husband that he loves. We are done buying in the metro and have no problem taking a short drive to El Reno to do business with these people again. A huge thank you to Jason Hawkins, Stephen Vanzant and the Service Department! You made car buying fun again.
