It took them a month to drop off the trash can. At that time they said they would come up the driveway to pick up the trash since my grandmother is disabled. It's been 3 weeks and no one has picked up her trash. I've called and spoke with someone numerous times, nothing has changed. I will be canceling my grandmother's trash service with them. Not sure how they stay in business with such terrible customer service.

I have never in my life experienced such horrible service with something as simple as picking up trash. They were over a month late on even delivering our trash bin and now another months gone by and we haven’t had any pick up, we’re stuck having to transport our garbage because ours is still full. They always give the run around whenever we call “oh it will be Friday “ 3 fridays later, nothing. Call and ask for a manager “they’re not here right now sorry we can have them call you back “ NEVER ONCE HAVE WE RECEIVED A PHONE CALL.. currently looking for someone else because this is just plain BADService: Junk removal

Called in August, asked for a 2 yd dumpster for residential. As far as I knew they were the only ones that serviced my area. Told me I would have a contract by the end of the day in my email but there was a 5 to 6 week wait on the dumpster. Never got the contract but I waited 3 or 4 weeks thinking maybe they'll send it when they deliver the dumpster. Neither ever happened. Called again 6 more times between than and today. Every time "I will have you a contract by end of day" "If it isn't going to happen I will call and let you know". Not one time have they returned a call, sent a contract or a dumpster. Until today. When I called and asked for the owner this morning the same girl answered that I spoke w Monday and asked for my phone number and email AGAIN. I told her no and hung up. Apparently they found it because someone called me back ab 20 minutes later, said they needed my info and were moving me to the top of the list and I wouldnt have to wait long. I found a other that is able to service my area and went w them. The new company had sent me a contract and handled it before this company had even got the contract to me after 7 attempts to throw my money at these people.

Have had no pickup for over a month several times. Requested our dumpster be repaired for over a year with several promises with no results. How these people stay in business in beyond my comprehension. Do not use. If they are your only option like me, context your city hall and complain. Complaining to the company doesn’t good. They don’t care. They get their money whether or not they pick up.

Customer service is non existent. Their office is in North Carolina and cannot take care of any problems in Oklahoma. We go weeks without trash pick up and are expected to still pay full price. They are horrid

After waiting weeks for our 2 cans they brought one. They brought the other one nearly 3 weeks later. We have had to call every single week for them to come pick up our trash after they missed us. 3 weeks ago we called on a saturday(they are closed) and they actually came out, last week our wednesday trash didnt get picked up until the following monday after several calls. We were supposed to have our trash picked up friday and they never came. Save yourself a major headache and find someone more reliable.

2 yard dumpster is cheaper than anyone in Caddo county. They come every week like they are supposed to unless it lands on a holiday. Only complaint would be my dumpster is pushed back a bit little every time it's emptied. They have an office that is in Hinton so if you can't contact them by phone, go by there!

They have forgot us on several occasions they never come at the same time and refused to pick up boxes claiming we had to many trash bags outside our cart which was not true and that we are last so no room for any extra.

They remove trash. They're expensive. Getting in contact with someone is like pulling teeth. They're expensive. They're expensive... They're expensive.
