Very good smart people that work there always helping even if they dont have part or can fix it will refer to someone else very friendly and caring

Gary is great at what he does and always tries to give you quality service for a good price. I've never seen him be rude to anyone unless they were being extremely rude and trying to get something for nothing. Treat people with respect and you get respect back. Dowell's are great .

So extremely disappointed with this company! I was referred to them by a man who worked at Neil's to get a latch for my trunk, the woman initally said that they had the part and that the men would be back shortly so I patiently waited for them to return. Turns out they didn't have it so i basically waited for nothing. The younger man looked at the problem first and was very kind, the older man then came up to my car and started yelling at him and was very rude to me. The younger man tried to explain to him the issue and the older man felt like he knew the issue without even looking at it and started arguing again. According to the older man, my truck was unaligned, (IT WASN'T). He pulled on it and that didnt solve the issue at all, and now it actually is unaligned. We were able to order the part, i paid for them to order it, ($42.90) and was told it would be here Monday and that they would put it on for me with no problem. I got the phone call saying that the part was in and now the part is $65 and there is a $10 charge for them to put it on. None of that information was disclosed at the time of purchase. I am VERY unhappy that i now have to shell out another $35 when it was never discussed in the beginning. I will NOT do business with these people again!

I had a very polite and professional experience with this company my fuel line in my chevy broke they went out of their way to find the part to fix my problem I highly recommend using them I will use them again in the future if necessary

Good selection. Didn't have what I needed but went out of their way to send me in right direction to someone who could fabricate the part I needed. It will be first place I go from now on. Very satisfied.
