A great motorcycle shop. I had a strange exhaust issue. These guys kept at it until they found that someone had previously done a hack to the job head coupling. He priced the job at a 1/3 I was expecting to pay. This is now my bike shop.

These Guys are great, while traveling from afar during bike week 2020..snapped a speedometer cable on my old, but well loved motorcycle. Calls To many local shops, yielded no quick results. But a quick call to Mark, saved my backside from any potential speeding tickets. These guys have a stock pile, fast, polite and courteous service.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike I made a purchase agreement for a 2004 Saab. Mike guaranteed me that there’s nothing wrong with this vehicle and he drove it to my home left me with the purchase agreement and the title and went on his way after I driven the car within a mile it was already falling apart he swore to me that this vehicle is perfect. This vehicle needs over 3000 thousand to repair and now he will not return my calls and all I am asking is for my money back. If you want bad service and people who lie talk to mike he’ll gladly try and steal your money like he’s trying to do with mine.

I thank my instinct for looking up reviews of this place. Looked at a car, was decent for the price, but something felt off about it. I declined the offer but seeing previous reviews I feel very lucky I did not purchase a $2000 lemon. Notice how he doesnt reply to any of the SCAMMED SALE posts....fishy...

Mark is the man. I’ve done two vintage Honda motorcycle restorations and every time I come in for parts he’s been super helpful and provided parts at a fair price. I’ll be back soon, thanks man!

I bought an engine from Drumhill cycles in 2016. I have a 1996 Katana 750. The first engine they sent to me had really bad low compression in cylinders 1 and 2. The warranty stated that I could return it within 30 days free shipping.I ended up paying for shipping there and back. I got the replacement engine and it was a 96 gixxer engine that fit my bike but would have needed major clutch reconstruction to work on my bike. I contacted Drumhill about this and they informed me that they couldn't accept the engine return due to the warranty expiring.First of all, if you sent me the wrong engine, the warranty should be irrelevant, You sent me the wrong damn part period! I will never buy from these people again as their customer service policies are unfair and unprofessional.Mark/Mike, can't remember his exact name is not a good person to deal with. I'm so disgusted with my dealings with him and Drumhill that I have the right mind to drive the engine up to New Hampshire and dump it on their front door step with a big "F" you sign attached.I belong to a motorcycle forum where my input is greatly relied upon by a lot of bike riders and I have informed all of the members to not use Drumhill cycle for any used parts. If they come to me to install a part they bought from Drumhill, I will refused to install it.

Drum Hill Cycle is incredible! Their used parts are awesome, they have everything so it worth the price they are asking. I had my bike serviced there twice now and the work and the price was great. Thank you to John and the crew.

They have a nice selection of used, beatup parts, but their PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS. I wanted just a headlight bucket to a 2006 Suzuki, they had same bucket off 1996 model, wanted $125 WAY TOO MUCH. They are charging close to dealer new parts $140. I found it on Ebay for $30. THIEF PRICING
