Helpful amazing. And worked hard to find my part fast. When I thought they didn't have it. The guy tracked it down. And my van works perfectly y again. I will use this company again for my car needs.

Love this place! Been coming here most of my life and they have never let me down. Fair pricing, parts availability, don't have it they will find it! Todd at the counter and on the phone knows everthing! Andy has done a great job taking over his dads spot. Keep up the good work!!

Find another place for parts. I repeatedly told Todd they brought me the wrong part. He insisted that the part I needed hardly ever goes bad and that the part he gave me was the correct one. I took the part anyways after he told me if it's the wrong one to bring it back. It was wrong like I told him a few times and brought it back. He returned my money like he said but with a restocking fee. I never got the part I needed and ended up wasting a few bucks. My experience here was not good. I'm sure they will post a response accusing me of lying just like their other post but I'm being honest and warning other people to avoid this place.Your response is a lie because I never gave you any numbers so there weren't any ID numbers to compare. I was never offered a different one, I was told he did not have anymore. It's hard to refuse something you were never offered. Todd still clearly has no clue what part I need after explaining it to him multiple times. People read their other reviews, they never take responsibility for making a mistake. They only bend the truth and flip it around to make it seem like it's your fault. Save your time and go to a business that works with you.

This business is unprofessional and has someone responding to reviews that doesn't know what they're talking about.. Flat out lying. I would not be taking my business somewhere that can't do something as simple as acknowledging their own mistake.Whatever you gotta tell yourself to make yourself feel better about being sketchy lol.

I’ve got parts from them before without issues. When I got an engine from them it started clicking shortly after it was put in, which isnt uncommon for d16y8’s, It ended up being a bad bearing in the engine which spun and threw a rod through the block at 3000 miles as I was driving down the highway, even tho I was very easy on the engine. I was a few days past the 90 day warranty so didn’t get any help with the issue. I suppose that’s understandable but I feel some kind of reimbursement should have been made being it took my mechanic a month to get my vehicle in for the swap, I have proof of that, and I’ve also spent good money there in the past. So I’m out $1700 parts and labor not including the tow bill, and a broken car with nothing to show for it. I can’t justify spending another dollar there after recently finding Waterloo auto parts with a great warranty and understanding employees. One star for a terrible warranty and not willing to work with me in any way on the issue.Update: thanks for the response and also for lying. Yes the engine was purchased 2 and a half years ago and my car has been sitting for 2 and a half years because of this, now that I finally can afford to fix the car again I decided to see what other junkyards were in the area, and realized how horrible your service was compared to what other services are near by. No I did not call you and hang up, no you did not offer me any kind of help with the situation. I came into your shop and asked if there was anything you could do to help, I was told I was just over the 90 day warranty period. I then said, “so there is absolutely nothing you can do to help me at all?” I was told that sorry, no not after the 90 days is up. Why would I refuse any kind of help rather than take a complete loss? That makes no sense. How did I hang up on you when I was talking to you in person? Also I don’t appreciate being called a liar while you yourself just completely lied. I purchased a used transmission from your company in 2009/2010 for my last civic I owned, it should be in your records. Never had an issue with that part. I gain nothing from trying to lie about this situation and if I was planning on lying I wouldn’t admit that I have got good parts from you in the past. So once again thanks for lying and saying you offered help in any way. I think your responses to anyone who didn’t leave 4 or 5 stars is a perfect example of how your company is ran, very nice people until you have an issue with their parts. Thanks again for nothing

Buyer Beware! Bought a clockspring for $15 (small and lightweight). I was charged $20 for shipping! (IA to IN). They sent the wrong part and told me I would have to pay to ship it back to get a refund. When I told them I shouldn't have to pay for return shipping I was told since it was $15 it wasn't worth sending it back and they would take the charge off my credit card. Guess what? Never got a refund. Now, I would pay to send it back to get some of my money back but, I'm concerned they will have the part back and still not refund my money. I guess I'm stuck with a part that doesn't fit my car and out $35.

Used to work with these guys and they lie on milage, well (todd) does and always has. And if he responds within a few seconds he didnt look it up and doesnt have time to or more often than not Doesnt want to. Literally would suggest buying anywhere else.. place is complete trash.

Great place to get your Auto Parts I always had a good experience getting my parts from welkins I've been getting parts from them for over 50 years and never had a problem if something was wrong they would fix it don't know what's wrong with all these other people I guess they need to find a different place to get their parts that's all I can say!!!
