They are not friendly at all. This was my second time using them. I thought well maybethe guys were having a rough day. Guy was not friendly at all. I’m a very friendly person. He was not nice at all. I asked him to park my car in a certain spot he parked it in the bushes dang near hit the tree. Yes I’m very upset. I won’t use them again. Very impressed with this company. Yesterday my car broke down and needed to be towed to dealership. Due's was loading my car up within 30 minutes of call. This guy is a very shrewd shyster with a cross in front of his business to lure the gullible into believing he is an ethical Christian businessman. He illegally towed my vehicle without my authorization a whole 5 miles, kept it for a few hours and then proceeded to extort $200 from me for the retrieval of my vehicle. I am in the process of enlisting the aid of an attorney.
